I just turned 21. I knew someone who trusted this place with their family, that being their parents…read moreand grandparents. So I decided I wanted to try this place first and it's my go to now. I am 21 with autism and that makes it hard for me to talk and make eye contact, I also have sensory issues and pain in my joints. I use weed to help my insomnia, joint pain and I've noticed my sensory issues have lessened. I first ordered online and was nervous so I called and they guided me exactly how to get access to the registers, where the product is. They accepted my form of ID, gave me my ordered and I paid. Once I got a lot more comfortable it became easier to ask questions, I'm most comfortable with the two women I've spoken to so far. When I asked my questions, the ladies gave fast, simple, straightforward answers that also gave a good explanation. I doubt they know I have autism, many don't know, however that helped me so much because too much talking and information can overstimulate me lol. This place is perfect for a first time dispensary and the people are so nice!

Today's took the cake and I'll take my money and my recommendations to another dispo. Note to management. Train your employees on customer service and product knowledge. Your crew embarrasses your brand.

I went into your Trinidad location on Friday night and had a great experience per my expectations…read moreas I have visited your store many times to the tune of $2-3k over the last few months. Please check my name listed below for verification. However Saturday morning between 8:30 -9 my experience would quickly change. Your manager had some problems with some customers prior to our arrival , and very maliciously attacked my friend and myself . I was repeatedly sexually assaulted by her calling me "Honey" after she had seen my Texas drivers license twice, knowing my name was Coleman. When I addressed this as inappropriate, she became very defensive and vicious. She very racially assaulted myself as being from Texas. I asked her for her name or state id number. She refused to give it to me , and refused to serve me stating she didn't need our Texas money.
