The pizza was really good! The two girls working the night shift were awesome. I stopped in, placed my order came back after a quick trip up the street. The pizza was ready along with my red peppers and some Parma-cheese. I have been craving pizza for about a week and I've been on a big road trip, so I don't know where to get a good pizza. First things first - the breadsticks are the best in town. I am not a fan of their pizza, however. My girlfriend likes it, but I'm fairly picky. I knocked off two stars because I had to call, after an hour and 30 minutes of waiting, to check on my order. The person I spoke to was super nice and said my order had just left. When the driver arrived, he gave me 20% off which was nice. But, it wasn't a super great experience overall. read more

This is one of the best pizzas I've ever had! My boyfriend and I visited on a Saturday night and ate inside. There are a few tables inside and they were all very clean. The pizza is delicious. You can tell the amazing sauce and dough and homemade. The three teenage employees who we encountered were all very nice and responsible as well. There are also signs posted in the restaurant where you can text a number and receive a large one topping pizza for $5. They have a birthday club too. We will definitely be back! read more

I bought 4 large pizzas for a group in town, they were amongst the best I have ever had. No greasy bottom (at all), lots of cheese and toppings, and very very delicious. Fed 8 guys no problem and everybody thought the same. $91 for all 4 and it was worth every penny. Service was awesome, I called 30 minutes before they were open and had my pizzas in 25 minutes (and still before they were open). Plus the owner walked them to my car!!! read more

I agree with many people about the service at Besta Fasta. It definitely has room for improvement. I've never been met with a bright, cheery person who has seemed happy to see me. However, they do have something that saves this lack of personal attention: The meatball sub. Those meatball subs are legit. The bread is fantastic. Crunchy on the outside and soaked with sauce on the inside. The meatballs are pretty good for mass produced, and there's plenty of cheese. This is worth the stop to Ashland. The pizza is also pretty ok. My preference falls to other places in town, but I won't turn down a slice from Besta Fasta. read more

When my husband works in Ashland that day...I MAKE him stop at Besta!! Our go-to choice is the Spaghetti Pizza. It's a delicious pie topped with spaghetti noodles, cheese, pep, and mushrooms. It's like two meals in one! We get the Large and eat on it for three days. I've also had the Baked Spaghetti with bread. Honestly, everything is amazing. read more

My family and I love so many of the menu items at Besta Fasta. Some of our favorites are their mild buffalo chicken pizza, their spinach salad, and their Reuben and Italian subs. Definitely one of our favorites in town. read more

I've been ordering from Besta Fasta since I moved here, seven months ago. And frankly, I've never been disappointed with the pizza. It always tastes fresh, with balanced flavors, and a good amount of toppings. And I love, love, love their sauce. The service could be a bit friendlier, but I don't think anyone is outright rude or anything. I think perhaps they just get busy so they get a bit curt, but it's nothing that super bothers me. As for delivery times, in the winter it's longer, but normally it's about 45 min to an hour and I'm fine with that. The delivery people are always super nice. Personally, I've never had them make a mistake on any of my pizzas, nor have I ever had a bad experience there. Though one time I ordered a sub and they put cheese on it even though I didn't want that. But they immediately remade it (instead of trying to scrape it off) so it wasn't a big deal. Its just too expensive... KD Pizza offers 16" subs for $10, while Besta has 10" subs for $9.. 6 more inches of sub for almost the same price? While I usually wouldn't order a regular pizza from Besta Fasta, their specialty pizzas are to die for. The steak ranchero and spicy chicken bacon ranch pizzas are both some of the best dishes in town. While Besta Fasta has some of the more expensive pies in Ashland, the specialty pizzas are worth the extra money. read more

I hesitate to give this place one star, but the food isn't half bad if you ever get it. Just had the worlds worst service. Ordered pizza last night, after two hours of waiting I called and cancelled the order (they hadn't even cooked it yet)and was rudely hung up on. Then today I noticed the charge was still on my card. I called and they said all they could do was give me cash (which I had to go pick up). When I got there I had to yell in the back to interrupt the 7 employees hanging out in a gossip circle. After saying who I was they just handed me the cash with no apology or nothing. This was their 3rd time in a row messing up. Never going back read more

I've had this pizza before and it was delicious. I was in town late so I thought I would get some pizza. I ordered a large steak pizza and a small spicy chicken pizza, I was so disappointed they had no flavor. There was a couple pieces of chicken on the pizza and the steak pizza was like steak um sheared meat. No flavor in the crust. I spent $35.23 and I will never order there again. read more

I have been ordering pizza from here for several years. There pizza is delicious, however when I am at work in Mansfield I order from the one over on Marion Ave and the pizza there is better. If it wasn't for the one in Mansfield I would say this place is the best around. The crust seems a bit different. Anyhow this place has great wings, and subs too. Some times the lady(sounds younger) that answers the phone and takes my order can be somewhat rude. That said I always get the same delivery lady and she is always more than nice. She remembers who you are and is very friendly. I've never caught her name but she has short spikyish blonde hair. Take care of her. Will be ordering again.... read more

Best Pizza In Town!!!!! This pizza will fill you up!!!! 1 large will feed 5 people, easy! Love the spinach salad, broccoli salad, roast beef toasted sub, but my favorite: The Bacon-Chicken Ranch Pizza! If you really like pizza sauce, like I do, then order it with marinara instead of ranch on the pizza and ask for the ranch on the side. Otherwise it comes with ranch instead of the pizza sauce, which is yummy too. :) read more

I wish I could give less than one star! At one time this place had good food but the services has always had trouble, this was the last time I will even try. I ordered they ask if I wanted pick up or delivery I told them delivery like I had said when I called they took all my info even repeated my street x2, told me it would be 45-1 hour way after an hour called and they told me yea it was ready for me to pick up!! Then told me they don't take deliveries at this time I said I had been waiting they then proceed to tell me that their driver had left if I could come and get it, it is always something and it's always the customers fault! read more
