If you are staying at this location, ask for Alonso Ignacio- He will take care of you. The rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. Make sure you visit the pool in the summertime! First, there's a big disconnect between the hotel and the broader Bonvoy program. I used suite night awards toward this reservation, and got an email confirming a suite a few days before my arrival. Despite the confirmation, I was still placed in a standard room. The front desk also came to my room around 1230pm on my final day, asking if I was leaving yet, since standard checkout is at 12pm. The problem is, I indicated late checkout on the app (and when checking in at the front desk), so I was confused why they were pressuring me to leave at the standard time. Finally, the club lounge was never stocked, it was just a glorified seating area more than anything else. Bonvoy issues aside, the room was fine, but a little below expectations for the price. The water pressure in both the shower and toilet was comically low, and very unsatisfying. There was repainting directly across the hall from me, which apparently couldn't wait, and left me huffing paint fumes for the majority of my stay. And the location of this hotel is a little inconvenient relative to most of the major tourist activities, though there are nice restaurants about 10 minutes away on foot. Overall, I think this hotel would benefit from tightening up its operations, in terms of guest placements, check ins/out, and maintenance projects near guest rooms.

The biggest issue for me was the check-in experience. I arrived around 11 AM after a long flight and wasn't able to get into my room early, which meant waiting for hours. After traveling that far, it would have made a big difference to have a bit more flexibility or accommodation. That said, the service throughout my stay was great. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful whenever I needed anything. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. There is a sauna available, but it's quite small and located inside the men's bathroom area, which felt a bit awkward and not as accessible or relaxing as you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, a good stay thanks to the service and cleanliness, but the check-in delay and sauna setup left room for improvement.

The room is gorgeous. Everything about the interior is elegant design. There's a bidet. Also in the bathroom is a deep bathtub, separate spacious shower, duel sink vanity. The beds are totally luxurious. So soft and fresh. There's the usual desk / bureaus / closets. There is a mini fridge, but no microwave. There are outlets for both the American plugs as well as the South American outlets. A huge mall and jumbo supermarket are within a 20 minute walk. Palm trees and modern are sculptures add to the exterior aesthetic of this Chilean hotspot. Very delighted with all of it.

There is a nice lounge in the middle. All the staff is very polite, pleasant and will do everything to make your stay pleasant. They often check on you and ask if there is anything you need. The room itself is very spacious. The 3 times I have been there I had a corner room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is quite large but shows some signs of tiredness, a little upgrade could do the stay even more pleasant.

The location next to an upscale shopping mall mAke the stay even more special. Special shout out to the front desk staff for respectful service especially Antel who went out of his way to assist with late check out and luggage handling. The courtyard Marriott in Las Condes Santiago Chile is great 100 feet away from Marriott, great location next to restaurant and shopping mall. I still get my Marriott points, great service, new & very clean. Excellent little restaurant good food, love the breakfast and it is much cheaper than the Marriott. One suggestion restaurant should be open to midnight. BTW this is my first review but I my 3rd time at this hotel.
