Service has been slow. Today was a no-show and it's not a holiday. Our street looks terrible very disappointed in the Veranda subdivision.

I recently started service with Best Trash and it has been frustrating from the start. The trash can they delivered was broken and didn't even have wheels, which makes it difficult to use. I was told they would replace it within two weeks and instructed to leave the damaged can on the curb on Thursday, April 22, 2026. I followed those instructions, but the can was never picked up and is still sitting there. When I called customer service, I was told they "missed it" and wouldn't be able to come out until May 4. Then, to make things worse, I received a text saying the replacement had been pushed back again to May 7. At this point, I've been left with a broken can for weeks and no reliable follow-through on their end. The lack of communication and repeated delays are disappointing, especially for a basic service like this. I hope they improve their responsiveness and actually follow through on what they promise. read more

Personally have never had my trash picked up by them but working with my favorite person SYNCERE was a dream to say the least! They made my experience so easy to figure out where my garbage can was and what I could do in the meantime while I wait for my garbage can to be delivered. SYNCERE was GOATED beyond belief! Terrible customer service! They are not willing to work with you or do the right thing. I had one bill get overlooked, I paid it as soon as I realized it and I thought all would be well. Nope. I called, sent them proof the bill has been paid but they still refuse to pick up my trash today. They also will not prorate my next bill even though they have not picked up my trash at all this month. So I will end up paying for service I did not receive. When I asked to speak to a manager they gave me an email address. I wish we had the ability to choose our trash company because this one is terrible! I will also be complaining to my HOA about this and I will do everything I can to help us change companies. These people don't deserve our business or money. read more

Not the best Trash pickup company but I guess you get what you pay for. If your HOA wants to use them, you may want to tell them to go find someone else if you need a company that actually answers their phone. After the storm we had over the summer, they were not picking up any heavy trash even if it wasn't related to storm damage. Actually pick up recycled items. I put pieces of metal and plastic and the lady that answers the phone said those particular metal items are not accepted and there main focus is on aluminum. She said if I wanted to take it myself to the recycling yard I could pay to do that but why would I do that? I'm not in the business of recycling nor do I have the time to do it and that's what we pay you all for. Just sad that you work for a recycling company and I told her I guess I'll throw it away even though it should be recycled and she said yeah that's fine. Avoid at all cost. Throws trash everywhere. Broke the wheels off the trash can, I repaired, they threw it and broke it again. Promised to pick up and replace on June 9. Next day the queue was 15 so stayed on hold. Reported the non-pickup and was told it would be picked up later that day. Nope. Called again this morning (Q=15) AND went on their on-line chat. Turns out they have a new policy not to touch a competitor's garbage can. Swell. Why couldn't they have left a note? The other can next to it was non-branded but they didn't empty it either. The absolute worst trash service since I just moved into my new house. They are lazy and dont pick up all of my trash. The boxes it has taken me weeks to take because of there ridiculous policy. Absolute worst waste management company in Texas. I have live at my current residence for 3 plus years. They have consistently decided to not pick up our waste since November. Not to mention that the drive ran over my trash can broke the lid off and leaves trash in the street. Spoke to the driver (lady) and she said it was due to late payment. I had to print the receipt and physically hand it to her. Apparently the office does not update her clipboard very often. I feel like the drive was drinking on the job and I could smell a hint of alcohol. I thought it may be from our garbage containers after the holiday. They are now blatantly not picking up our garbage. I have stated to pile up the waste and will be filing numerous complaints to our HOA. I guess it's time to get lawyers involved. read more

I have had a terrible experience with the customer service and being able to get assistance from anyone here at this organization. My trash can was not left after pickup on 6/24 and/or was stolen. I have called 4+ times, waited in the queue over 20 minutes each time to be disconnected from their phone lines. I have left the voicemail option and opted for the call back option twice to resolve and get a replacement can, none of which have been successful. I tried the chat feature for support on their website, which was also useless as I was directed to call the number that never picks-ups/connects through the queue. I also tried the contact us form on their website, which constantly throws an "error" and doesn't submit. I have ALSO emailed them, with no response. It is so frustrating that I have spent 30+ minutes three business days in a row trying to speak with someone here for resolution. Horrible billing office! They don't send out invoice, randomly raise the rate without any notification and charge your cc whenever they like. I pay quarterly however they charged my card in June, then backed it out and charged it again in July. Then hit my card again in August and September. I tried calling and after sitting on hold over 30 minutes, the call dropped. I then tried contacting them through their website portal but no one ever replied. I then reached out on the live chat but after 1 hr the chat closed without a rep response. I finally spoke to a rep who said my june payment was declined which is why I was charged again in July ( not true per my cc), and the August payment was for October but they just randomly decided to bill 2 months early. Then they decided to raise the rate with zero notification or invoice and so they charged me again in September. This is ridiculous.​ read more

Service requested for a replacement of a new trash can. I explained to Steff that our trash can had several missing hinges on lid of trash can as well as a huge hole in the bottom of container. So, was using duct tape to keep lid down, and had no way of fixing the hole in the bottom of container. So, as I explained what was going on she immediately got me on the schedule for a replacement. Why is my HOA using this company! It's the worst trash company in Houston, They damage my trash cans all the time and worlds worse customer service. If a bag is more then 10 pounds they tag it and say they don't pick up construction materials, they don't even look at what's inside, they are lazy as hell if it's not in the trash can they won't pick it up. read more

After a pick up, they throw your garbage can most of the time trash bins blocking roads, this is especially common when you have a heavy can, and also there is always debris in the road such as piles of dirt, paper or plastic. I understand if something flys in the wind, but this is not the case. 9 times out of 10 I need to clean up behind them. The HOA should get a new contract. If we are paying for a service the job should be completed to standard and not just fast for them. read more

This is a new company for our neighborhood. We waited all day for the trash to be picked up. Mind you we had no pick up due to the holiday last week. I called at 3:19 and was told by Kristen it was a new route and she would call the supervisor. at 4:45 they came by and didn't pick up the dang trash can that they delivered specifically for their company.
