Called for plumbing issue and said would be out Thursday. Was surprised to get a quick response. BUT, its Thursday, instead of calling to tell me what time they were arriving they told me they we too busy and it would be at least two week. Not a Dependable Plumbing company. Not surprised, few are! read more

We had a water leak in the backyard and Diamond C said they would send their best plumber. He spent…read moreover 2 hours looking around and most of the time he was talking about his family and how great a plumber he is. W finally had to tell him to leave because we could tell he was getting nowhere. Even though they did nothing Diamond C sent a bill for almost $300. We later contacted a plumber recommended by a neighbor. They found the leak in 5 minutes and completed the repair in less than 2 hours, and charged $250. I would not recommend Diamond C for anything other than fixing a faucet.

I called Diamond C Plumbing and in 2 days had a hotwater heater installed for less than half of the installation fee. The plumbers were efficient, curteous and wasted no time. I will use them again and highly recommend their service.

I called Anytime Plumbing, and the owner, Charles Shouse, answered the phone. In less than an hour he was at our home, and in fifteen minutes he had diagnosed the problems. We had two issues: 1) a cracked sewer line on our property and 2) an issue at the Y connection where our line joined with the main. Charles and team fixed the issue on our property and collaborated with the City of Reno for them to resolve the other issue. We are extremely appreciative of both Anytime Plumbing and the City of Reno Public Works department. If anyone has an underground water leak, sewer issue, etc., we strongly encourage you to call Anytime Plumbing for a prompt, quality, and professional resolution. Thomas & Kim Lemons
