Diep was the main e-mail contact and she was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They arrived on-time, set up was quick, and their props were fun and sturdy - and lasted through the night! Their photo quality was great and the color was on-point, no one turned out greenish or orange-ish. We had them for both the FLIP BOOK and PHOTO BOOTH and our guests LOOOOVED it and had a blast taking multiple photos and making books! The prints were fast and you did not have to wait too long for them. The attendants kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. They upload all of your photos super quick and it was ready the next day for viewing on their website. They also give you a personal link to download all of the photos for your own personal album. They allow you to bring your own backdrop, if you choose, which worked out best for us. You also get to work with Shannon, their design person, and she was easy to work with and did a great job customizing our photo layout and flip book cover. Another bonus, my now-husband and I were so busy running around that we would have forgotten to make a flip book and take photos if they hadn't reminded us to. THANKS! Very importantly, their cameras are DSLR and high quality!! I've used some photobooths before where I hated the photo due to resolution and lighting but this wasn't the case. The lighting was amazing, and there was instant sharing via text, AirDrop, and email. All digital photos were sent to me just a couple days after! Best part is- they have multiple photobooths for you to choose from.. modern or vintage, etc. My guests could also select either black and white OR color photo which was cool, and there was a large variety of photo props to choose from. I had a custom photo template which they helped me make, and it was a seamless process since they gave me lots of background colors and ideas.
