Well, it seems that the salon has once again changed ownership. I asked for a regular pedicure with regular polish and multiple times told I needed to upgrade the pedicure and switched to gel polish. Even though the first time it was suggested, I kindly said I want the regular pedicure with the regular polish. I appreciate the recommendation but not multiple times and I don't mean one or two times I mean five or more times I just about walked out. I also feel that they are not confident in what they are doing. read more

I got an acrylic fill there and the nails were so uneven and lumpy. Nail tech burned my skin with the file repeatedly. Nails were sooo thick and misshapen. Pretty over priced too read more

The do a nice job however the little girl is demanding. She literally hangs on her mother, they are constantly having to yell at her, they interrupt your service to take care if her. Not relaxing at all. Also even if you have an appointment they make you wait at least a half hour. I walked out and went elsewhere. read more

I went and got a full set put on. I have never met the lady who did rhem And i will never go back to her I told her i wanted the square with a little bit round ness on the side. Mext thing i know she gets out the scissors. She didnr cut rhem even Nexr rhing i know shes l putting om the acrylic...i told her to take them off the one halk Ahe soaked my hand in acetone then put more acrylic on them. They knew i wasnt happy. My nails are thick and get caught in my hair. I have never has problems with this before now ahe acted like she didnt know what ahe was doing. I paid $38 for crap and have to have them take pff She has no clue what she waa doing Ahe didnt even follow the hygiene I was never asked to wash my hand befor polish. So, this isn't a personal experience, but I went there with my best friend and her bridal party (her sister, cousin, and her now ex friend) and they got their nails done. It wasn't the nails that were the problem, it was the employees. Their customer service was awful, and they gave my friends cousin a gel manicure instead of regular polish, and tried to get my friend to pay an extra $30 (which she didn't have.) a fight broke out, and another lady stepped in and said she would take the gel off, but that she wouldn't redo her nails. Also, throughout them getting their nails done, I could tell (even though I do not speak whatever language they do) that they were badmouthing us. Never going there again, even if I didn't get my nails done personally. read more

I went to get a set of gel acrylics for $28, as the woman started putting on my nails she looked at me and said this will be $45. I have many friends who have gotten the same thing I got there and only paid $28. Then the woman buffed and filed my nails so hard that my fingers were split open and bleeding and she proceeded like nothing was wrong and got frustrated at me when I was bleeding onto my nail. My acrylics are misshapen, uneven in length, and they look terrible. Not worth $45 and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Horrid and appalling customer service. I made an appointment shortly after they opened and the owner ignored me while talking with someone in the back, and told me that I had to wait until his employee got there. This was already 20 min. after my set appointment. I asked if he could start them because he had done my nails before. He rudely said no and that I needed to wait, so I left. I would take your business elsewhere than spend your time and resources at such a boorish and unprofessional establishment. read more
