I recently moved to the Anthem area and have tried several nail salons in the area. I made an appointment at this salon for a manicure and pedicure. What an amazing experience- everyone there was so friendly and polite. I haven't had this type of service in the other salons I have tried around Eastern Avenue. Tiffany gave me an incredible deluxe pedicure with attention to every detail. She was amazing. I then had a hard gel manicure from Fong- he was fantastic as well . 5 Star service in pleasant and extremely clean surroundings. It's so rare to find a salon like this and their prices are fair - very reasonable . I highly recommend trying this salon . I will definitely go back!!!! read more

Service: My favorite person is Kelly but she is out on maternity leave. In the meantime, Helen has been doing a good job. It really matters who you get. I've tried several different ladies and some are rushed while some don't have attention to detail and I noticed the sides of my toes not painted all the way to the edge. Also some ladies are probably better at manicures than pedicures but I don't get manicures. Ambiance: clean salon with several pedicure chairs with liners along one side and manicure stations on the other. They have Essie and other brands. Hey Yelp Community - I need your love and support! I wrote an honest review, and even sent the business a message to give them a chance to make this horrible experience right. Never heard from anyone. I now have a really bad infection on my toe, have taken 2 rounds of antibiotics, and spent over $500 for doctors and prescriptions. My 87 year old mother who lives in Henderson, and has had her nails done by Jonny for 10 years, was singled out by the "child receptionist" Julia today, and was taken outside and told she could not come to this business anymore because of the review I left, , and the awful treatment I endured. My poor mother was devastated, and was so upset hearing this from a 20 something, immature child. How does a business treat your steady customers this way, especially an 87 year old woman that has been coming here for 10 years. Why would anyone pay to have this disgusting business take care of them. By the way, their website has been suspended, and they are a fraudulent business. BEWARE read more

My amazing day of pampering started at JM Hair Gallery, and the owner, Tonya, recommended I make a trip to Best Nails since I was looking for a new nail place in the area. I was looking for somewhere to get a simple gel manicure and pedicure. Sophia hooked me up! I got black on my nails and a dark purple color on my feet and she was super friendly the whole time. This place sucks. Me on my friend got an appointment ytogether to be sat next to eachother we even specified when making the appointment and when we went in they refused. Then the lady who did my nails wouldn't listen to me when i told her she's shaving my nails down so much u can see the raw skin n blood. She reufsed to let go. She kept saying they don't have any colos or she couldn't do simoke designs like a couple lines. She refused to listen. I hated it. LOVED my pedi lady and wish I got her name. my pedicure looks so clean and the woman (again kicking myself for not getting her name) was meticulous. My gel manicure, not so much. I don't know what happened but once the polish was being applied it all went to shit - bubbles everywhere, a rushed job, part of my mani looks like it's starting to peel already and it's been 5 hours since it was done, streaky patches, thick blobs and polish on my cuticles and surrounding skin. In the few days since, my HAIR has been getting caught underneath the gel polish that was painted ON my cuticle when I run my hands through my hair. Girl. On the other hand, I noticed the woman seated beside me was having her gel mani finished up as well with a different technician and it was beautiful, clean and Instagram-worthy. Best nails is the BEST! Located in the Anthem Village shopping center next to Vons they are definitely worth the drive up Eastern Avenue. I have been coming here for pedicures for a while now and it is by far the cleanest and nicest nail salon I have been to. Not only are all of the nail tools sealed before they start but they also put a plastic liner in the foot bath which is changed after every customer ensuring it is very clean and sanitary. I have never seen another salon do that. Best nails has new massage chairs that provide great relaxation during your pedicure. The deluxe pedicure is an hour long and includes a lot of massaging of the feet and lower legs, a foot scrub, several creams and masks and hot towels. An hour of relaxation, clean feet and trimmed nails for only $40! I really look forward to going every month. Best nails can be super busy so making an appointment is always recommended. read more

I'm very picky when getting my nails done, I want them very short and any lifting causes me to rip them all off! I was lucky enough to get Ivy and she was not only proficient but did exactly what I asked for! My nails lasted two weeks and I did not have any lifting or chipping! Awful..... had a 10 am appt that I made a week prior arrived on time Kim was working on someone else, so I waited 20 min before a man asked if I wanted to pick a color. 20 min later, Kim was done and started working on me She did a sub-par job....at least 3 of my nails were left crooked I then asked for a wax, but had to use the restroom first. As i walked by the wax room i saw it was empty. 2 min after i came out of the ladies room, the door was closed. They had taken someone else in. Are you kidding??? Again, I had to wait. Finally an overweight rude woman who was exceptionally unfriendly, asked if i wanted my lip waxed too. I SPECIFICALLY told her AND Kim, not to do under my lip - just the sides. Under my lip gets very irritated. So what does she do? She puts wax all over my upper lip, to the point where it touched my mouth. I complained to Kim and the 'manager' heard. She rudely asked what happened. I explained and she said "well, maybe she didn't understand you. Next time tell the receptionist and she will explain it to her.' Um...ok, there won't be a next time. And if she didn't understand me, then why didn't she say so. Especially since they had the balls to charge me $22 for the wax. After nearly 2 hours of pure aggravation from the time I arrived and the time I left, needless to say I'd give this place zero stars if allowed. Go to Best Nails to get the WORST NAILS or just go for the sheer comedy. I called for an appointment and asked specifically for a good nail tech to do a simple manicure and pedicure. Instead, I got the complete opposite. Here's what happened. -nails were cut crooked -polish was bumpy and had air bubbles -polish was applied unevenly or skipped the sides -bad buffing job caused finger nails to be rough -you can actually see through some of parts of my nails while thick on some parts -woman who gave me my mani was so strung out on caffeine, she was giving me the "drive through" service. I asked her to shape one of my finger nails like the others and she replied "well, that's how it was shaped when you came in here." So I told her "Yes, it chipped!" OMG!! Shoot me already!! Shall I go on? You know that feeling when you're witnessing a bad manicure and pedicure unfold right before your eyes and you're trying to keep calm and collected but instead all you want to do is cry or scream? How can you hire such incompetent people? I'll let the photos speak for themselves. My nail job was insanely awful that me and my friends can't help but laugh about it. If you want to throw your money away, waste your time and walk away stressed out after getting a mani and pedi... this is the right place for you. All while a nail tech amped on caffeine doing a drive through mani is being sweet and giving your complements to try to distract you from the worst nail job on earth! Or just go for the sheer comedy of it all because my friends and I can't stop laughing about my nails. This location is brand new and amazing! Clean, brand new chairs and stations with the gel lamps built in to the stations. I got a gel pedicure with David and he did an amazing job! Even though they were busy he took his time rubbing my feet, and he did a phenomenal job with my cuticles and buffing! My feet feel amazing and the polish is so even and straight! So often with nail salons I find they are less careful with the pedicures because they think you won't see it, but David covered every angle and it was so straight and perfect! The front desk girl Briana is so sweet and friendly and helpful! An excellent face for the business! I just love how clean and fresh this location is! The paint colors are so calming and the massage chairs are brand new! They have excellent hygiene here and use freshly sealed packs of tools for each customer! This salon is amazing!
