They picked up the mattress, made the new mattress, and dropped it back off all within 2 weeks! And, the price came in at the low end of their price range! The mattress I bought was collapsing on one of the corners. I called them up and they found my account immediately. They said that they could fix it but they were extremely busy because students were coming back to college and they were filled with orders. However, Buddy told me if I could drop the mattress off and let him know in advance, they could probably get it finished by that afternoon. I let him know I would drop it off on a Friday morning and that they could keep it as long as they needed so they could fulfill the orders for new mattresses. My fiancé and I had another mattress we could use in the interim. We then also asked if they could add more padding while they were working on it. We knew that wouldn't be covered under the warranty but had no problem paying a fee to make that happen. I dropped the mattress off at 9am. They said it would would be ready between 3 & 4pm. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. They delivered as promised and the mattress looks as good as It did the day it was delivered! I can not say enough about how impressed we are with Best Mattress. This mattress is a queen size. We want a king by next year and will definitely be buying it from Best! They are the epitome of what customer service should be!!

I ended up buying it from Michaelis. Rick Skeels showed me the Nectar Mattress and gave me a run down on all the features. He was awesomely helpful and answered every question I had in great detail. He also didn't try and sell me on something else I wasn't interested in. I loved the bed! Rick explained that they would honor the same discounts that Nectar had online. They also provided the pick up of the old one and setup for the new one for a fraction of the price Nectar would have charged for it. They scheduled a time to set it up and when they came by they were in and out in under 30 minutes. Note: I got the Nectar after reading reviews about people with bad backs and not being able to sleep throughout the night...which was what I HAD. Now, when I sleep I'm knocked out - if you do get one, give it like 2 hours of not sitting on it or touching it to make sure it properly rises. The pillows came with the Nectar Mattress as well!

We still love our bed, and experiences like that are exactly why we will only shop at Michaelis when it's time to replace anything. Shop local!! More recently, I bought a bed for my son that eventually started to break down and develop a slope. I reached out to Mike Clough, sent him some photos, and he got the warranty approved immediately -- truly amazing service. We brought my son into the store to try out replacement options, and Mike was incredibly kind, patient, and determined to find the perfect bed for him. Unfortunately, within a month or so, the new bed developed a large hole -- clearly a defective mattress. I contacted Mike again, and he went straight to the owner. They approved a full swap for the same mattress in a medium firmness. The new bed is arriving today, and I am so relieved and grateful -- especially during the holidays. After submitting pictures of the issues. we received a new mattress in less than a week!! The men who delivered the mattress and took away the old one were courteous and professional.
