We never were notified of his leaving and only found out after we wondered why there was no response to our emails. We were always the ones initiating contact. I suppose that way, they can bill you. And they do bill you for every single minute of any contact. We have worked with attorneys for business and family law and never have we felt more like a money grab. Reid couldn't have been less interested in our case after jack disappeared. We still hold him on retainer because our case remains unresolved. We haven't heard a peep in a year though. Not a single attempt to reach out or follow up. I'll be damned if I'm going to reach out unless it's absolutely necessary. We won't pay for they're lack of interest or professionalism. We defintely won't use them moving forward and would not recommend them. I think if you have cases, you should reach out and keep track. I think Reid is young and more worried about bigger accounts. He never cared much for our case. Jack did, but then he straight up disappered or died. I hope it's not the latter. Move on to someone who takes an interest, reaches out, follows up and communicates with professionalism. You are sure as hell paying for that.
