I have been using this laundromat for over 10 years lately not to disrespect any nationality there is no one there that speaks English I just called to let someone know my clothes were left in the dryer by mistake the lady did not understand what I was saying there's no one to translate to her there's no manager there to help or no phone call to help but I believe that there should be someone that can translate or also speaks English to help customers . read more

Definitely not the best laundry mat the laundry services are over priced even though they claim that the drying is free it is about $10 to do medium wash and the biggest problem with this laundry mat is that the laundry cards are nonrefundable so any cash you put into the machine you will not be able to receive back we have lost money at this laundromat and the staff has been unable to help us with this I believe this is why they say the drawing is free if you go to this laundry mat make sure to know the exact amount that you were going to put on the card and nothing more I do not recommend this laundry mat at all read more

His dryers have burned a number of my kids cloths. He knows about it but wants to have a pissing match and say were aren't washing the cloths right. I follow all care instructions so my cloths are washed correctly. The dryer s are the issue. I dry my clothing in low heat and delicate. They come out so damn hot they burn. So I know the heat setting are not correct. If you want your cloths to smell like burnt rubber the come here. He ihas lost my business for good. Rocky Hill has a much nicer laundromat anyway. Message to Mahmod from me...I gave you all the benefit of the doubt the first time it happened because you had stated the a few of the dryers needed repair. I figured things happen and I was just unlucky that day but when it happened to my husband and he mentioned it to you and you blamed him for how he was washing cloths it got me upset. I only returned to us what was left on my card. And then today several items were burned in several different dryers. This happens to other customers as well. I just happen to be the one who speaks up about it. I will no longer be a returning customer. I have advised several people to stop going there and I will continue to be vocal about your lack of customer service until YOU choose to correct the problem. I don't like using the washer/dryer in my building.. Plus, when I started coming to this particular establishment it was newly renovated and owned! I've met the owner, Muhammed, and his wife on many occasions (in the 'mat) through the years and I can honestly shout that both are such kind, honest people. Muhammed employs wonderful women who speak Spanish fluently and have limited grasp of English... but we understand one another well enough. For the most part, I often see Maria doing laundry (for a fee unbeknownst to me- dropped off by patrons who have no time to do their own laundry) or cleaning the machines. She is my go-to gal for any problems- even WITH the language barrier. (Once I was badgered by another patron and Maria scared the dude away for me... THANK YOU!) Moreover, the machines are clean 90% of the time. Depending on how busy the place is, there could be one or two ladies helping customers and/or cleaning or doing laundry. This establishment is my only experience at a public 'mat so I guess I much prefer the card vs quarter deal. I have enough issues lugging my detergent and loads upon loads of laundry... If I had to deal with coins I might hang myself. read more

This is the worst laundromat I've ever been to. Panhandlers harassing customers. Useless customer service. Not that customer service should be needed at a laundromat, but when it is, the answer to every question is "I can't help with that". $10 minimum for credit cards. No even numbers in pricing so they can earn pennies more and inconvenience customers with un-usable leftover amounts. Plastic card payment systems are wasteful and annoying to begin with but even worse when combined with the above tactics. read more

The people and customers are usually nice. Kinda of pricey for a wash but you don't pay for drying. Those free dry's also add up on your card so if your clothes aren't dry all the way, you can add time for free. read more

It feels odd to be giving 4 stars to a laundromat. However, as far as laundromats go this is one of the nicer ones. It's bright, clean, and they accept cards or cash. You just have to use the machine to buy a laundry card, then use the cards in the machine. The whole drying thing is a little confusing, but supposedly it is free so that is a bonus. The cost of washing is a bit more expensive than I remember (it is rare that I am in the laundromat, I usually just wash at home. But a broken part in the machine has sent me outside of the house), but I guess they have to recoup the cost of that free drying and being open 24hrs somehow. Overall, I had a decent experience and if I need to do some major clothing or linen washing in the future I will be sure to come back. read more

Pros: Writing this review from the laundromat now. Cleaner than the Washtub. Well lit. It's open 24-hrs.. Cons: Technically drying is limited although it advertises free drying all over the place. Usually I only put just enough $ on my card to do the wash and haven't had any problems getting free drying until all my clothes are properly dried, but I noticed if there is $ on my card, then they start charging money on the card after a certain amount of drying time. This is really annoying considering you are paying more than the Washtub and they don't make it clear that the drying is free for only a certain amount. Internet sometimes doesn't work. This is another business that used to be good but has changed and is now lousy. First, it's not open 24 hours as the listing says. Employees have changed. The previous employees were excellent. The new employees are awful, just plain rude and unhelpful, with an attitude. The previous 24 hour open hours, and great employees are what made the business. Those were the good points and now they're gone. The area has always been lousy with people periodically walking up to customers and asking for money, sometimes persistently and aggressively. Parking can be difficult bc it's in a shopping center that sometimes has big events in a neighboring business. The machines are generally in working order but don't clean very well. I have to program for extra rinse every time, which takes longer and costs more. Still, the cleaning isn't that good. It's enough to be passable, but isn't very good. Also, all the tvs are on only Spanish stations. It would be nice to have a mix for both the English speaking customers and Spanish speaking customers. And never any soap in the restroom! (I bring my own hand cleaning wipes) So, why did I ever go there one might wonder lol. Well, first, being open 24 hours was very convenient. The place was generally clean and in working order. And the employees were so polite, helpful, hard-working and pleasant. Now though, the 24 hour opening is gone and the employees have changed and are now as bad as the previous employees were great.
