I will forever come here and have been since 2013 when I moved to London. my husband and his family have come here I believe since the 90's with their FIRST family dog. they remind me of my previous clinic I went to and worked at. it feels like a family atmosphere not just patient client relationship.

This is my first time owning a dog, and I know training is an integral part of being a dog owner…read more My boyfriend and I enrolled our puppy Chelsea in this 8 week training course for her to learn obedience, training and commands so she will listen to us and be a better dog in the future. This class was at the London Middlesex Civitan Club every Thursday night between 8pm to 9pm (we got the late night class because of my work schedule). We were referred bya neighbour of ours who took that class. The trainers we had were Deb and Melissa, and their experience and training were phenomenal. Each week we would walk in, and they would have play time for about 5 to 10 minutes, running around, playing and making friends with the other puppies there. We learned a lot of commands to make her stay, sit (which she thinks is laying down, but we'll take it!) up, down, and leave it, few of the many we learned. It takes a lot of patience and practice, and they both were very patient with all the puppies in that class as well as our Chelsea. She was one of the smaller puppies there and all she wanted to do was love everyone. In these 8 weeks, she has learned so much and is starting to become more well behaved. This was an amazing course, and the last week they had a puppy graduation with caps and everything! I highly recommend this class for everyone who has a new puppy and wants really great training. The trainers were amazing, personable and very knowledgeable when it comes to helping us adapt to our dog. If we ever have another dog (which in my boyfriend's case, we will) I will definitely train them here. Thank you for a wonderful course and lots of training tools to help train our Chelsea!

Other than that a waste of time. He was so confused he just laid down.No play time just a buncha dogs on leashes getting commands thrown at them. I was disappointed. They will never be Puppy Power.

The price she paid was several dollars higher than the first time the owner quoted her and also higher than the prices listed on her website. It may have been a genuine mistake, so we gave her the benefit of the doubt. My dog didn't care for the pumpkin snaps (there wasn't really a lot of pumpkin in them) but loved the dehydrated emu meat. We tried to order it online but it was never in stock. Finally my sister e-mailed the owner and asked when it would be in stock again. The owner said she may be able to get it in stock in a few weeks and asked my sister for her address and credit card information. My sister asked if she could pay through Paypal instead (more secure) because it was offered through her website. The owner replied that my sister can try ordering through the website and paying through Paypal but the price might end up being higher than what the owner quoted her. So again the inconsistency in prices. We decided this business wasn't reliable or completely honest so we stopped trying to order from them. It's disappointing because my dog is picky and there are not a lot of treats he likes.
