I did appreciate that the attendant was helpful, it was a comfortable temperature inside and a relaxing vibe in there However, some of the washers were leaking, several were broken and some of the dryers were out of service. There was also no soap in the restroom. I wasn't also shocked to see that the machines were coins only.

One of most updated and clean laundromats I've been to…read more Cost for the washers start at $3.50 and then go up from there. They, the washers do a solid job. Typically, a cycle runs about 23-25 minutes. The spin dry cycle does an amazing job spin drying the load of clothes. Which make for the dry time in the dryer good. The dryer cost is $1.50 to start a 28 minute cycle. You can add a quarter to add additional 4 minutes. They have a agent on shift keeping things up tight, bathrooms in order, and helping customers when needed.

Terrible customer service! I will not return to this place…read more I used 4 washers, sat in the car until loads were done. One washer left my clothes completely dry. I mentioned to the guy onsite and he was not concerned. Told me I should have said something before my wash was competed. WTH! I expected my $4.50 back. I ended up spending another $4.50 in a different washer because I had still had clothes to dry. On top of that, he did not place a "out of order" sign on it. SMH Never again, I rather go to a packed laundry mat where customers are properly greeted and know they will do the right thing by their customers.

I have been coming to this laundry place for a couple of years now because I live nearby but today…read moreI had to write a review and I agree that this place is clean but I do believe that the customer service could use a little help. The people that come to these places are very humble and appreciate the service provided including myself but when it comes to getting a refund which is not entirely the customers fault due to machines not fully working properly. It would be nice to be seen as a person that appreciates the laundry. The person I talked to lacked the common courtesy and compassion that all human beings should naturally have. As a teacher and parent I believe kindness and compassion should always be taught at and early age. I guess some people learn differently. What I learned today was that not everyone is here to serve their higher purpose. But I'd like to thank Laundry Express for allowing me to use your facility. I trust that the one who own the facility appreciate the people who use the laundry mat and not take advantage of people who just needs to use the machines to clean and wash their clothes.

I came here yesterday to wash my clothes and witnessed one of the most unprofessional and alarming…read morecustomer service situations I've ever seen in any business. Another customer calmly told the worker that the machine she was using did not have hot water. Instead of offering help or a solution, the worker (who I believe is the owner) became very rude and aggressive. She said, "Do you want me to take it out?" and then proceeded to physically remove the woman's clothes from the machine, causing water to spill all over the floor. What should have been a simple customer service issue turned into a heated argument that nearly escalated into a physical fight. The customer asked for her money back and was refused. When the customer left the building, instead of letting the situation calm down, the worker followed her outside and continued to yell. The customer was upset, but she was only expressing her frustration near her car. The worker then shouted things like, "You have no home training" and "You're from the projects." The worker was a white woman, and the customer was an older Black woman. Hearing comments like that in 2025 was upsetting, inappropriate, and absolutely unprofessional. As a Navy veteran, I stepped in to try to deescalate things, because the situation was genuinely unsafe. The worker continuing to pursue the customer outside could have easily led to someone feeling threatened enough to defend themselves. Situational awareness was completely missing. It could have ended very badly. I will not be returning to this laundromat. Beyond poor customer service, there were clear safety concerns and discriminatory behavior. No one should feel unsafe or disrespected while simply trying to wash their clothes.

We literally had to wring our clothes out by hand before drying them. The dryers we used were sub par and required excessive drying time, as they seemed to take a long time to dry.
