Can you say $$$$$! My association had been saving for decades for new roofs and I was up last week. Woot! Woot! They picked these fine folks. It started with an email from them that pulled no punches and I appreciated that. It was going to be incredibly noisy and messy, and my building would be a construction zone, so I had to make different arrangements for my car. It was all of that! From 7-4 each weekday they went at it for a week and a half. At some points there were ten guys at once on my roof! So how did they do? I met the owner several times and he was incredibly nice and responsive. His guys were unfailingly pleasant and worked hard to clean up every day. It was indeed very noisy. Let's just say I didn't take any afternoon naps! As you can see from the picks, my new roof is gorgeous! As I complete the paperwork, I'm about to get a yearly discount on my condo insurance. I'll bet you're thinking $50 a year or so. How about hundreds of dollars a year! Woot! Woot!

Lemay Roofing was highly recommended by a neighbor. I called and the owner Mr Lemay responded. When he saw the inside damage, he went on my roof with a couple of his employees to apply a roofing paper that stopped the leak until he had time to repair it.A couple of days later he brought his crew to begin the repair work. They encountered ridiculous obstacles once the top layer of shingles were removed. They worked long days dodging the rain that we had recently. They installed a awesome metal roof for me in a timely manner. Lemay Roofing is world class. They did a fantastic job. I am extremely happy with my entire experience with them. The comical part of that is; that issue was not what prompted my call to Cobb Roofing for a quote. Sadly I had given up all hope on having this huge cosmetic+ issue fixed before`24's stormier seasons, if at all. During an immediate call back from Joan on another matter, she's a great communicator, I was inadvertently made aware of Cobb's vast roofing experience and ability. Our metal roof, porch/ 2nd floor decking with all the trimming repairs came true. While scheduling, being overjoyed and exuberant, I made the mistake of saying; "Good Lord willing and the creek don't rise", darned if that creek has done nothing but rise since I'd said it. Life in Florida & Mother nature always keep our schedules tentative, but goals are reached. Cobb Roofing took the brass ring with this reach.
