The first round of repair cost us 2,000.00 dollars. The leak was not fixed. He came back, after the second round of repairs, he charged us 1,750.00 dollars. The leak still was not fixed. He then sent someone with a contract for another 5,400.00 for me to sign....Really?? Absolutely NOT!! I contacted another roofing company, they came and saw the problem right off. So I let them tear off the complete backside of my roof and start over. Immediately they found that Marks roofing crew had not peeled the backing from the adhesive fire and Ice shield . He came out and saw what his crew had not done, walked off as if no big deal. This guy is a crook and needs to be shut down and out of business. I'm a Viet Nam Veteran and a solid tax paying citizen . I pay my bills and taxes and doesn't take advantage of no one. How in hell he can live with himself?? He's a Crook and a Cheat.. His Crew?? Mostly Illegal I would think..

As soon as we closed on the house he sent his guys over to make repairs to keep us in the dry until they could get there to do the work. The house had 2 flat roofs on the front. (One on each side) We knew there was some water damage due to neglect from the previous owner. After they tore the flat roof off the first side, there was much more damage than we had anticipated. The flat roofs were not terminated properly and were allowing the water to get behind the siding. (both sides were the same way). After every step we found ourselfs deeper and deeper. After 6 days, all of the damaged wood was replaced and we had a beautiful new roof. Will and his guys worked till dark most days and were very professional from day one. I would recommend Will Wyatt with Abbott Roofing and Construction to anyone that is looking for a professional contractor that will do a quality job.

Elite contractors contacted us after we had a home fire. They met us at our home and promised us…read morethat they could get this job done efficiently and cost-effective. They promised that they would give us weekly reports so that we could all stay on top of the project. Unfortunately, that was not the case. It took approximately seven months for the project to get done and upon moving back in and settling down in our newly built home we found several issues that were not complete. After trying to contact Elite through a young gentleman who worked with Elite we have gotten zero response back from them in regards to making the repairs that need to be done. Once they received their last payment from us they never contacted us again I would not recommend using this company -- the work they did was sloppy, they were not as professional as they claimed they were and we are highly disappointed. We have since had to hire a handyman to go throughout the house and make the necessary repairs.
