That I bothered him from doing nothing store was almost empty but lots of staff . Best Buys is lucky they they are the only big box store so they dont care about service . Just selling a extra serves plan I asked some questions about a item and they had no idea . Poor trained staff . When this super store closes head office is scratching there heads . if head office reads this see your video 2016-02-24 1pm read more

This is your typical big box electronics store. There's nothing really incredible to mention about this place as it literally looks and behaves like all other Future Shop I've been to. Everything is clearly laid out, prices are not insane, stock is ok, and as usual, employees are hard to find during crazy sales time. One positive is that it's not in a hugely populated area so even on the nuttiest sale days, it's not a 1.5 ++ hour wait to get something done. The Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals can be found here but they're not as well stocked compared to some other places like Heartland. If you arrive early enough, you can get in and out in less than 45 minutes with your super deal. I often buy online (to save myself a headache) and wait a day to pick up here which is a nice option. Overall, the service isn't so bad (if you can find it). This place feels less car sales man greasy and pushy than other Future Shop but that's probably because they're a little less confident in product knowledge. read more

Shopping for electronics is always easier when you are not swarmed by sales people. However if you bundle a few things together at least they are willing to deal. But this is where you come when you don't know what you want. At least they have people and resources to help. read more

Best Buy - Electronics Near Me - Mississauga, Ontario

Absolutely horrible staff. They also never answer their phone. What a shame what's become of what used to be a really good future shop.

Terrible customer service! I stood in the headphones department for 15 minutes with no one in sight to assist me. I had to hail down some man as he was walking past. I told him that I was looking for headphones, not too expensive and not too cheap, somewhere in the middle. He walked me over to the Bose headphones.. I said, those are too pricey. Then, like a smarmy clown, he walked me over to the $19.99 headphones. I explained again, somewhere in the middle, not too expensive and not cheap quality $19.99! He seemed to not care at all! So I asked him about the length of the cable for headphones. He said they are all 1 metre. I asked if there isn't some kind of an extension cable then, that I can purchase. He flat out said, "NO!" but I might be able to find that on Amazon. com.. Wow.. just wow. He clearly had no interest in assisting me in making any purchase that day whatsoever. I left and went to The Source, where I found everything that I was looking for: headphones, extension cable and other items on my shopping list, as well. I will never go back to this store again. Their customer service is beyond rotten. They just don't give a crap! Period! read more

I recently bought a new cell phone here, and the staff were fantastic! While I was waiting in line, a woman asked me what kind of service I needed. This was a great way to help people avoid waiting in a long line if they only needed to ask a few questions. Once I got to the front of the line, the staff were extremely helpful in helping me choose the right phone for me. They also gave me huge discounts on a screen protector and case. I really appreciated the time they took with me! read more

Ordered an Xbox and after 5 days after it was supposed to arrive we checked the purchase and they cancelled our order and they would not honour the price that they originally said. read more

Went to this store looking for a laptop, stood in the in the section with the laptops for at least 10 minutes before an employee walked by, asked for help, they said they didn't work in this department but would send somebody, waited another 10 minutes, a young girl showed up and I asked her some technical questions, based on the advertised features, she clearly did not know what she was talking about contradicting specifications that were clearly on the sticker of the laptop. A more experienced gentleman came buy and was quite helpful in answering my questions and after another 15 minutes, I decided to buy the advertised laptop, the gentlemen went to get the product from storage, after another 15 minutes, he returned to tell me they were out of stock, I spent close to 1 hour in the store discussing a product they didn't have available for sale. Complete waste of time, will never enter that store again read more

Great store. I visited in the evening and it's located in the perfect spot. Loved the whole location. There is a Starbucks and Tim Hortons nearby. Just grab a cup of coffee and start your shopping. Great location for all kind of shopping mostly American chains here. Now inside the store I found very good selection of items. For example I even going pebble time smart watch which is not in most of the store. And huge collection of coffee machines, guitars and much more. One stop shop for all your electronic needs. I was happy to be around the store. Staffs are really friendly and try won't bug you by asking any help. Ample amount of parking nearby as well. Will definitely recommend to all. All they have reserve in store option where you can reserve online the product and pick it up in 24 hours which is very convenient. I went to buy a speaker here and decided one brand and ordered it online. Definitely love the store and visit again.. read more
