My son (age 7) and daughter (age 5) were students there for approximately 2 months. The classes there are 1 hour, but my son was consistently being let out 30 minutes early. This was disappointing, as I felt there was more they could be working on. However, one day, we returned to the center 30 minutes into their session (in case the teacher let him out early again) and we found our 5 year old daughter walking around the parking lot of their business, which is on a busy street. The teacher had let her out without any supervision. When we confronted the teacher, she indicated that there is supposed to be someone at the front desk in the event a child is out early, but there was not. And, there was no hand off of my 5 year old daughter to this supervisor. She was very upset. The owner happened to drive up at that time, and was initially apologetic. When we emailed to let him know that we would be leaving a negative review, he indicated that there is no system in the world that is 100% safe. This was not reassuring, as there were a lot of errors in the system. first, the kids should be taught for the full hour we pay for. second, they could just keep the children in the classroom until parents arrive. he also commented that he aims for "quality not quantity", which is not appropriate given we pay for an hour and this likely means they do not have the kids in a challenging enough course to take them a full hour to learn the material. when we initially emailed and unenrolled, he did not even address the incident.
