I have been to this establishment multiple times before and have never had an issue. I have never seen this woman before and not only was she nasty when asking for my license, but she then proceeded to attempt to snap my ID and then said I "sketched her out". Not my ID, me! Interesting. The lady had black hair and glasses. She then told me I needed to leave. A few minutes later I decided to call to speak to a manager and was told "the manager is barely ever in"! What kind of business is run like this?! I was so unbelievably shocked and disappointed in the service provided here. I will never return and will encourage others not too as well! So upset.

The ages of the children ranged from 3-6 years old. She even made rude comments to the children & had them cleaning up the party room on their own, rather than her going around and cleaning up. She was cutting pieces, plopping it into her hand & then palming it onto a plate. She also told my child to stop crying or he wouldn't get a goodie bag. Prior to this party room experience, she kept walking around basically in circles in the lanes where kids and parents were mingling. She didn't give any privacy for the party and kept squeezing in between people talking. Who hired this girl without proper training? She had no common courtesy or respect. The child's mother of the party did complain to management.
