Your system sucks in a nutshell!! Misinformation, non-working U Haul consoles at the store, rude and unapologetic staff at the PC store! Youngstown location was great. They are the only ones who went above and beyond to help us. If you look back on my history, you should see the many phone calls and issues we encountered.
