He refused but said he would come back at a later date and trim the tree further back to my satisfaction. I have since called him five times to try to get him to come back. He always has some lame excuse. On one such call he even said he was out of the country! The last time I called, after listening to my request he hung the phone up on me. I should have withheld payment until I was satisfied. That was my mistake, but that doesn't excuse his lack of courtesy or behavior nor the fact that he lied to me and never had any intention of returning to trim the tree to my satisfaction. This was not a minor trim...five branches were removed from a tree that does not belong to their client. At no point did anyone knock on my door, attempt to verify property lines, or get consent before cutting. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for property rights. To make matters worse, the cuts they made left the tree looking uneven, poorly shaped, and clearly not cared for by a professional. It now looks damaged rather than maintained. If you're considering hiring this company, I strongly suggest confirming how they handle property boundaries and neighbor communication because in my experience, they did neither. I am extremely disappointed and would caution others before using their services.
