Dr. Heidi listened to my concerns/issue and knowing that she has dealt with similar back pain made me feel that I made the right decision. This resulted in not getting seating next to each other on our return home after my wife's shoulder replacement surgery. My wife would have been forced to set in a center seat. I don't know about any one else, but having had a shoulder replaced the last thing I would want is to be stuck between two other people and be bumped back and forth. The hotel we were placed in was non-ADA compliment. We requested a different hotel, but were charged the difference between the two hotels. Their lack of communication and terrible travel plans for us caused us to incur additional expenses. I will be placing a complaint with my employer and bridge health due to these issues.
