He took the time to answer my questions and explain the options without rushing or overselling. When Mason arrived to handle the service, he was just as professional. He worked efficiently and made sure I understood what had been done before wrapping up. I appreciated how both Sterling and Mason were straightforward and honest throughout the entire process. It's not easy to find companies that deliver great work, excellent customer service, and reasonable pricing, but Allstar Septic did just that. I left the experience feeling confident and well taken care of. They've earned my trust, and I won't hesitate to call them again in the future. I do need a couple more jobs done around the house.
