I didn't see any reviews for Picture Perfect but really needed to get a haircut so gave them a call; Mr. Sowells sounded friendly and professional over the phone and said he could get me in in 10 minutes. My hairs very short but I get really picky with how it gets cut, Mr. Sowells did a FANTASTIC job, I could tell he was detail oriented and not just going through the motions, while also providing great conversation. They need more staff to deal w walk ins if the main guys only want to take appointments.
