I'm completely impressed for bershka in Napoli!!! there no one there speak English! If you are a tourist witch is VERY comment in Naples and you need help, there they don't give a shit of you! I was full of clothes in my hand and I needed help for giving some clothes back and they treat me really bad saying me that they don't speak English and there she started to do an ugly face in big move with her arms for saying me is there is there. Really if you would see her face!!! After that I tried to speak with another girl and another one but really no one speak English they were looking at me like if I was an alien!!! if I would be the owner of bershka and I have a shop in a big City full of tourists like that, I would take people who is able to speak English!! is not a so complicated languages I think everyone can do it. So finally was with 300 € in my hands of clothes and I'll let everything there! So bershka, because of your personal in Napoli you lost some money today and I'm sure I'm not the only one read more
