I was billed $8,000 between February and March and they had not even started the Offer and Compromise. I asked for an accounting of that billing so I would know what the work was that generated the billing since I had asked only for Offer and Comprimise, I recevied a supewrvisor over the phone who blew up over the request, she was nasty and out of line. That is an acceptable request, the firm did not seem to think so. Don't waste your money or time with this firm. They run around in circles and get nowhere with accomplishing the work that was asked of them. The IRS not only froze my accounts but also garnished those accounts while I was represented by this firm. Horrible. I reached out to Glen Frost over this and he did not even have the professional wherewithall to reply. Needless to say they were fired!
