We arrived 10 am on a summer Saturday morning without reservations . No real crowds. Only maybe 4 other groups ahead of us signing up. One hour later.... we've signed up, filled in our paperwork, watched a safety video, get our helmets, we were instructed to walk approximately 75 yards to a waiting shuttle to the equipment location. At the beach equipment location we were shown our buggy and given a safety talk and instructions on how to call for getting help if stuck in the dunes. Pay attention cuz you might need help. And sure enough we got stuck 10 mins into our adventure. We were told not to go into the 'Do Not Enter Zone'. There's a reason.... Noobs like us would get stuck. There's no market area.... We turned too early.... Following some kids into the danger zone. Support came quickly to the rescue. Super friendly people and was told jokingly 'know your ABC 'already been caught'. They unstuck us in two minutes. YAY! Away we go again. This time we found our way to the allowed zones. We spent the rest of the hour up and down dunes. One hour was plenty of time for us. We returned our dine buggy and shuttled back to the parking lot location. What a fun time. I would recommend Sun Buggy Rentals.

Went out and my son got stuck multiple times in the sand and I had to help him get out. We didnt even get past the half way mark and decided to go back and finish after 40 mins. Told them my son wasnt having fun getting stuck and the guy himself said the ATV he was driving gets stuck the most. So ....would they be decent and just charge us for 1 hour? Nope, rules are rules. So, for your greed you get this terrible rating and a bunch of people asked which place I went to and i told them avoid Steves and BJ's and try Sunbuggy Fun Rentals.

When I followed up, I was told they don't carry it, and then it was implied it might be "somebody else," but I wasn't given the aftermarket company/vendor info to actually solve the problem. I understand not carrying a part -- that's fine -- but taking a VIN and then not following up, and not providing a clear referral, wasted my time. If you're going to collect info for a lookup, I'd expect either a return call or a direct lead on where to get it. AVOID!!! Wish we had checked YELP before buying from here. Bought a 2026 UTV. Paid $25K. Sales lady…read moresaid they could deliver as soon as the check cleared. It cleared our bank the very next business day ( Monday). We call to schedule delivery- she says they need more wait longer to be sure check clears(??!!) Said she would call us on Friday. ZERO communication on Friday. We call the sales manager ( Jeff or Jethro) on Saturday. He claims the "company policy" is to wait 10-12 days??!! No bank takes that long on a local check. Guy must have said "company policy" 20 times. I informed him that "company policy" is just an excuse for NON-PERFORMANCE. Lazy man's way to not have to think or provide true customer service. #1- NO ONE TOLD US they would wait 10-12 days. #2- I specifically asked the sales lady at time of purchase if a direct deposit or wire would be better. She said NO. #3.- After talking with "sales manager" and having him apologize for failure to clearly state their "policy" at time of purchase, he says " I'll throw in some goodies for the inconvenience" Bull crap. Vehicle is finally delivered almost 2 weeks later. No "goodies" and an EMPTY GAS TANK..... These are petty people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or money here when there are other reputable dealers within an easy drive.

Dusty recovered my stolen motorcycle!!…read more On a Monday when the shop was closed, the owner, Dusty, was working overtime and offered to pick up my broken bike nearby with his truck and trailer. When we got there, we discovered my bike was stolen and the air tag on it placed it just north out of town. Dusty without hesitation asked, "Do you want to get your bike back?" He had me call the sheriff and report the bike stolen. We then tracked the bike to a home, negotiated with the nice people holding a pit bull on a leash, who were holding my bike for me for "safety reasons" to give back and load the bike, so we could bring it back to the shop. A few days later he slaps on a high capacity stator so i'm able to be back on the road to Denver! I can't thank Dusty and his crew enough! Highly recommend this local legend!

He totally got me and my new riding needs on the phone, and when I showed up a few days later as I said I would and bummed that I could not find the bike on the floor, he wheeled it out from the back. He was expecting me and set it aside! Who does that? I was so happy, and completely sold on the bike after riding it. It's hard to give up off-road riding after so many years, but I knew it was time to move to roads only. Royal Enfields were in my budget and SM Motorcycles is the closest dealer. My buddy and I spent a couple hours there, as the place is a blast to see and hang out in, not like any motorcycle store I've been to before. They even had a 1928 Harley JD on display, just a few years younger than the one my grandfather rode. Not only was Felix incredibly kind and made the process easy and fun, I had the same positive experience with Andrew in finance, who brought the bike to me after his work day was over, an hour away. It was the fastest and easiest vehicle purchase I've done. I would highly recommend these folks, who are all riders themselves, and say you will have a great time there, whether looking for a Harley or a Honda, both of which I've had, and even more brands like Royal Enfield to get you fired up to find a new bike.
