I needed blinds for a rental unit I own and the staff had me measure for them. They did not inform me that measuring at top, middle and bottom was proper protocol and they went with my measurement that was taken at the bottom. When the blinds came for installation, they did not fit. They told me that if I wanted to get blinds that fit, I had to reorder and the blinds that were too large were mine to keep. They said cutting the blinds to fit would void the warranty. Given what they charged for their product, I was less than satisfied and would NEVER go back. They also charged me for a repair that did not work at all. Use someone else for your window treatments.

Gabriel said he could do our home in seven days so we went with him despite having much more cost effective offers. They left my trash full and did not take away any garbage. We had to check in several times to remind them that we had a deadline. We were also told the railing would be included in the price and it was not done. His business partner, Sam, has over 25 years of experience. So between the two of them, they have the experience to tackle most any project. The first project they completed for me was re-painting a wall that was damaged from the previous owner who'd installed a TV above the fireplace. The wall needed some serious patching to repair the damage and after re-painting it looks excellent. Nick did a great job masking around the fireplace and cutting in the wall so it didn't bleed into the adjoining walls that were a different color. I was really pleased with how the project turned out. I also had Nick and Sam re-paint two bedrooms for me and re-touch the trim and closet interiors, that were in rough shape. Both bedrooms had been painted by the previous owners, who did a pretty bad job. There were also a lot of holes in the walls from where they'd hung-up pictures and decorations. Nick and Sam did a great job patching all of the damage and giving the rooms a professional re-painting. I was impressed by how good the rooms looked afterwards! If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy painter for your home or business, give Pro-V a call.
