    I complained to Wendy that construction of a lattice was built up to my tenants balcony and the…read morerailing had been removed. They left this dangerous situation there for a month. when they finally put back the rail it was switched with the neighbors as on of the rails is now at an angle! This has still not been fixed. Also the OceanVillage POA FirstSevice has several times stiolen money from my bank account. I have authorized them quarterly payments of 750.00 each but this third time they took via automatic draft 2 withdrawals in the same day of $1450.00 each total 2900.00. This is felony theft! I received an email from Kim Saucier they paid it back and she attached a ledger ( not deposit verification) saying the paid it back however there was no refund from them into my bank. They did not pay it back! I have been battling Leukemia and using my energy to deal with this has been hard.

We never missed a payment in years, which they have always taken out of our account on the 5th but because their third party vendor decided to draw the money early ( the 3rd) we had yet to transfer the funds . They hit us with a $35.00 late fee that they would not back off on. Their finance person who would not return our calls - Rob- had the sensitivity of a rock, no customer service orientation, no compassion over the hurricane.     I can say this is a wonderful and professional service. I know when I come down to Florida my beach…read morehouse is immaculately cleaned, the temperature is perfect, there is no dust, the hurricane shutters are opened, and the place looks brand new. If I need to ask for a favor when I have visitors and I am away, I know my guests are in excellent hands, their keys will be hand delivered, and the place will be cleaned before they arrive and after they leave. Meg is very professional, does great work, is honest, and always does what she said she would do. There is never a time where I felt like I was not getting my money worth. The concierge services they offer are amazing too. For example, during hurricane season when I am away I pay Meg to keep an eye on my place and make sure there are no problems. If my central air has problems Meg will wait for the service people to fix the central air unit. I had a water pipe burst in my master bathroom. If Meg did not look in all the rooms I would have had a huge mold issue. I cannot attend to all the little issues that may arise from my house or when I am traveling. Having peace of mind knowing everything is being attended to is a huge relief for us. If you have a second home in Florida and are away from your house or condo I would highly recommend this service. Having a reliable set of eyes looking after your house/condo while you are away will give you the peace of mind you deserve.

She manages and cleans our rental property and her service and professionalism are absolutely top notch. Meg's many responsibilities include checking people in and out of rental property with which they are not familiar, making them feel at home, giving them tips on the local area, addressing their specific requests related to the house, and finally making sure the property is in perfect shape for the next renter. On all counts she gets 5 stars. She's diplomatic, friendly, helpful, and, most of all the house is in absolutely perfect shape all the time. She is proactive, cost conscious, and timely. She is quite simply the best at what she does and I couldn't be more pleased with the great results she and her team produce.     I was terribly disappointed with Dale Sorenson and Realtor Kathleen Provancher and her assistant…read moreLizette. I contracted with Kathleen last summer after she tenaciously went after my listing. Her initial timeliness and ferocity is what made me choose her over others. She held 2 open houses early, both of which resulted in offers. Both offers fell through and I certainly don't hold that against her. After the 2nd offer fell through, she convinced me to drop the price - twice. I did. I repeatedly asked her to hold additional open houses and she said she would -- and then NEVER did. She then told me that "open houses don't sell homes" . Mr. Goldsmith, I'm smart enough to know that a) if that were true, realtors wouldn't have them and b) if two open houses in MY house each yielded offers, that CERTAINLY isn't true. In addition, I also understand that seeing a house (especially a challenging house like mine) during an open house when lights are on, candles lit, AC at the proper temperature and a knowledgeable guide is much more conducive to bringing in offers than providing a showing-realtor a key code -- walking into a dark house and wandering around with a realtor who has never been there and who has no information. In addition, I was supposed to get month end reports each month and the last report I received was for September activity. My listing expired January 9th. I did not receive reports for October, November, December or beginning January. Nor was I provided with any follow up information -- where your realtor provides some PROOF that she WORKED after gaining the first listing. It is clear to me that the realtor dropped the ball and became uninterested in selling my property. I asked to to cancel her contract and, as I suspected she would, did not bother to reply. I have MANY emails from me to her and her assistant begging to schedule open houses....and her reply was always "OK" -- especially on phone calls. My property is a fixer upper and was priced as such. It wasn't marketed as such and no follow up with outside agents was ever conducted. I suggested that it should be and that investors would be interested. It is the lowest priced home in the area and should have sold, despite needing some repairs.

    Obvious elitist agent at The Sanctuary open house on Sunday 5/16 was not interested in selling such…read morea moderately priced house. Rude, dismissive, uninterested in selling this house or any to the potential home buyers who passed through. Never encountered such nonchalance from agent. Time to retire old man.
