They offer a wide range of therapy services because they have at least a dozen mental health professionals available. From counseling to brainspotting, it's super impressive all they have to offer for people of all ages. It was super easy to schedule the first appointment directly on their website. The form asks you for your preferences and you can request a specific therapist as well. It took only a couple of days for them to contact me to schedule the first appointment. They ask you to fill out an intake form that gives them more context, all can be submitted electronically. They are also very responsive via text messages. I have been going to my therapist for almost a year now and I can't rave enough about them. It has been life changing and I'm so glad I found them. I also have other friends that come to Resolve and even though they have different therapists, they also highly recommend them. I always go to this office on Lewis but they also have another location on 21st and Columbia Ave. The main entrance is on the west side of the building and the office is located on the second floor.

However, it is my duty to make sure fellow yelpers and future patients of this place know what I've personally experienced so they can be aware too. If you choose to seek help from crossroads, know that their are great therapist here and REALLY bad ones too. I've experienced condescending, rude and careless providers here. The communication between staff and providers seems obsolete at times. I won't go into too much detail with what happened but I will tell you who you can trust at Crossroads. They have committed insurance fraud multiple times through my son's care there. I had to cancel all of my son's appointments with his therapist to get them to stop charging me the full cash pay price and billing my insurance as well. When my insurance would write me a check for the overage, Christian Family Institute said I should have given them that money too. That would be roughly $280 per visit. The therapists are great, but good luck with the business office.

We still talk, but she has given me tools that while not new to me, their use under Linda's instructions has produced tangible relief and the ability to diffuse anxiety.
