We were very comfortable in how everyone followed recommendations related to the coronavirus pandemic. Secondly, we were assisted on time with no delays on our appointment times. Mr. Shanawany helped us to make a family trust, and he did not hesitate to answer each and every question in a clear and concise manner that illuminated our minds above legal jargon. That ability to communicate is a unique skill that is not common in discussions with the average attorney. In general, I was always more confused dealing with attorneys when I came out of their office than when I went in. We were made to feel that our will was his priority, and he explained options of how best to achieve our wishes in order to get our affairs in proper order. As we all get elderly, there comes a time when trust is needed. In a world today filled with the sins common in human nature, Mr. Shanawany assured us of the necessary steps to take care of our loved ones after we pass away. It is important to note that he never looked at his watch and gave eye contact. He did not make us feel rushed. He did not make one spouse feel stupid for asking a question that might not be on topic. With patience, understanding, and compassion he communicated with professional and knowledgeable expertise. Mr. Shanawany has a passion for people and his genuine desire to help others is sincere. We highly recommend him to become your attorney. In fact, we intend to continue to use his services and recommend him to all of our friends and acquaintances. I was under the mistaken impression that you get what you pay for, but let me assure you that services were provided at reasonable rates. For genuine peace of mind, hire his services today. We have a huge burden taken off of our shoulders as our business affairs are now complete. May God Bless Mr. Shanawany forever! Mr. & Mrs. L. Crafton
