He made the process completely hassle free, and delivered with a quick sale at a good price. I met with Tom in late summer when I was trying to find a listing agent to sell our house in Estral Beach. This was the first house I listed through a realtor and I had lots of questions. Tom knows his stuff and his answers to my questions were relevant, straightforward, and honest. He came prepared and knowledgeable of the area. He had great ideas for listing the place, including some prep work for me to complete prior to listing, and the listing price he suggested was in line with what I had been planning. We listed it high and dropped the price just a bit a couple of months later to generate more interest. We showed the house about a dozen times before the right buyer came through, and Tom was great about filling me in on the feedback from potential buyers as they came through. Tom was always available, always responding quickly to texts and phone calls. He did a great job qualifying potential buyers to verify that any offer was financially backed and solid. We got an offer, countered, and settled on price over a weekend. I had already moved to Wisconsin, and Tom made the entire closing process quick and hassle free; I didn't even need to come back to Michigan for the closing. He responded quickly and knowledgably to all my questions, working out all the details - I just had to sign a few documents and over-night them back just prior to closing. Tom also wound up being the buyer's agent in our sale, performing the dual role with integrity, candor, and honesty. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and the results. My wife insisted on burying a St Joseph statue in the yard so maybe we had some help from above, but I think it was Tom that made the sale work out so perfect for us.

We had initially listed our Brownstown house with another agent at a different real estate company but we became very unhappy after two months of not not even receiving one offer on our house even though the market was white hot, and every other house in our subdivision had sold within a matter of days. After speaking with others that had sold their houses it became evident that our our agent had promised us the world but had failed to deliver. After sharing our concerns with our agent it became quite clear that it was time to find a new agent. Fortunately, this was the point at which Bridgette entered the picture and things became much better from that point on. She is very engaging & has an outgoing personality, which is needed when working with people to sell their home and find a new one. Also, she always took the time to listen to us and explain everything in detail. Unfortunately, we weren't moving to a new house just a few miles from where we were currently living. Rather, we were moving to an area that is 40-60 minutes away but closer to where we both work. Nonetheless, she always made time to drive from the Monroe area and meet us in Farmington Hills after work to view homes. Some nights, we were out until 10 pm, and we looked at a total of 25 houses before we finally found the right one. However, not once during the entire time did she complain about the drive, the hours, or try to rush us into making a decision about a house. Rather, she was always very patient and on several occasions she helped to relieve our frustrations and fears and reassured us that we would find the right house. Bridgette was always a pleasure to deal with and made a stressful and sometimes frustrating endeavor much more bearable. Lastly, Bridgette knew how my wife and I were feeling and the struggle we were going through as we moved from a house where we had raised our kids and held so many memories for us. So, at closing, she surprised us with a beautiful framed sketching of our house that she had asked a local artist to create. How awesome is that!
