Then se told my doctor a lie that I threw my copay at her which was far from the truth. I laid it on the desk next to the computer she was typing on at the time I gave my copay. It seems pretty much every time I go in there for a appointment they have a different receptionist. Then when my doctor came in my room she had an attitude towards me because of this lie the receptionist ran and told her. This place has gotten worst since doctor Bonacorssi retired. Be aware.

I was previously in a large group practice for primary care. You know, the type with 8 doctors, automated phone tree, large staff, part of a large hospital network, etc. Sounds great, right? Except no one knew anything about me any time I had a visit. The doctors often had their hands on the door when they asked, "Do you have any questions for me?" - I always felt rushed and never spent more than 3 minutes in contact with a provider. I was a number. When I walk into Dr. Corba's office, I'm greeted by name every time. Dr. Corba is always extremely responsive with any questions/concerns I have. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. And how many other Doctors provide their cell phone number to their patients? Recently, I had some questions about my son, who was not a patient at the time. At the end of a checkup with Dr. Corba, I mentioned something in passing. She talked me for 15 minutes about my questions and concerns for someone who was not even her patient. That's more time than his pediatrician spent with me talking about the same issues. She is always digging, always trying to find the root cause. While traveling, Dr. Corba has diagnosed/provided a treatment plan over the phone or worked with Doctors she knew in the area and set me up with a visit. On top of this, she provides most common prescriptions right in her office. No extra stops at the pharmacy. And it's CHEAP. And by cheap, I mean cheaper than the gas it would take you to drive to the pharmacy! Check out Dr. Corba and check out the primary care model.

It's hard to understand any positive reviews for this office -- anyone who has experienced a…read morethorough, professional exam and cleaning elsewhere would quickly notice the difference which is like night and day. The cleaning lasted less than 10 minutes and only included a quick scraping and polish. There was no thorough exam -- no gum measurements, no photos, and no detailed explanation of findings shown on a big screen. The dentist herself spent barely three minutes with me, glanced at my X-rays from across the room, and said everything looked fine. This was concerning because my previous dentist had already informed me that two of my silver fillings were leaking and needed replacement, which this dentist said are fine. Missed other issues my previous dentist had flagged as well. I also asked about possible thrush. She took a two-second look and told me I didn't have it. The very next day, my family doctor diagnosed me with a severe case that required 21 days of treatment. Since then, I've gone to another dentist who addressed my cavities properly and even removed stains from my teeth -- something this office told me wasn't possible. To make matters worse, the billing was misleading. Before my appointment, I confirmed multiple times (via email, voicemail, and even their own website) that they accepted my insurance. At checkout, I was told I owed nothing. Later, I received a bill for over $150 because they claimed it was out of network. My insurance did cover part of it, but the balance due was still higher than what I would have paid out of pocket at another dentist -- where I also would have received a much more thorough cleaning and exam. Now they continue to call and threaten collections, despite my having proof of what I was told regarding insurance. Good luck to them! Overall, I had a poor experience with the care, professionalism, and billing practices at this office, and I recommend seeking care elsewhere. If you're looking for quality care, I highly recommend R&W dental or Malloy & Devine Signature Dental. Both provide thorough exams, take the time to explain everything, and deliver the level of professionalism and treatment patients deserve.

I have been going to her for 10 years and now I find out that I have decay and I cannot save some of my teeth from a new dentist. ! I have told her that I had issues and needed to have gum treatments every 3 months and she told me NO! She never listens to what I have to say about how my teeth feel - she threatens that if you don't do what she wants, then don't come back... well, guess what, I'm done with this "dentist"! The staff at Pittsburgh Chiropractic Associates was kind enough to schedule an appointment for me the very same day. As a first-time chiropractic patient, I was VERY skeptical about letting someone make adjustments to my back. Upon arriving, Dr. Prinkey took the time to listen to my issues and concerns, examined me thoroughly and always asked questions to gauge my comfort level before he proceeded with treatment. Before even x-raying my spine, he looked at me and could already see what was out of whack. He made sure to provide a course of treatment that was gradual and comfortable for me, while alerting me to the several larger, overarching issues that were causing my symptoms. He recommended addressing these issues rather than the symptoms, so that I would experience better spinal wellness overall and prevent further issues. Dr. Prinkey is very knowledgeable and looks you right in the face as he explains everything to you -- I could tell he was sincere, despite my skepticism. I am honestly surprised to see that he doesn't already have any other five-star Yelp reviews. I highly recommend Dr. Prinkey and his practice.
