So this really isn't my Norm to write a bad review, however this is an exception because of two terrible experiences here that I feel justified to write a poor review. To begin, the woman dentist here is quite ignorant and rude. while sitting in the chair, one would think they are under some sort of interrogation at all times. It seemed no answers I could give were good enough, and she repeatedly asked the same questions with little to no regard for my responses.
I felt the level of professionalism was next to zero in my experience. She offered little or no empathy and very little solutions to my dental problem. It was almost a feeling of, please hurry up your wasting my time attitude that I witnessed twice over. And after the second visit, I still left with a painful and infected tooth with little to no answers!!!!! Only to have it extracted. Glad I didn't follow the advice and went to another dental practice that offered a root canal to solve the problem and save the tooth.
So in all fairness, I will give the staff here credit. They were very courteous and friendly and went out of their way. They did a great job to accommodate. My humble opinion is that there are other established dental clinics that will take care of you much better and use more professionalism. I would seek dental care elsewhere instead of Amity Dentistry. And that's a fact! read more
