The 1st four I liked she said they wouldn't work so my next option was to pick the best of the worst. At the end she said I owed $45. I was to come back in 2 weeks to get them. I called Aetna to ask why I had to pay. Aetna called and said they apparently did some test that was not necessary for the exam so Aetna made them reimburse me. When I went to try the glasses they were so blurry I couldn't see. The lady kept insisting that I just didn't understand how to use them. I kept doing what she said and she kept getting so mad and it was so embarrassing and I told her I can't buy a pair of glasses that I can't see out of. She went to the other lady and loudly said maybe you can explain to her. As it ended they made me give them the glasses and they collected the insurance money so now Aetna is fighting with them to take care of this because it is fraud. They billed my insurance and will not give me glasses
