They proceded with the first half of the root canal. Then, they basically said I shouldn't have it finished because it'll probably need to be taken out anyway... so, just find an oral surgeon. Due to lack of guidance by office personnel (she had recommended some over-the-counter meds for pain but refrained from telling me not to take it before my scheduled appointment which was the next morning!), the initial consultation was deemed "inconclusive". I rescheduled and went to my car. I noticed a swelling and called and asked if I needed antibiotics. I had been tasting a bad bacteria taste as well. They said I didn't need it. By that night, full blown absess (on weekend of course). Had to go to emergency dentist on Monday morning and got prescription. Subsequently, made it back to next consultation and they proceeded to do partial root canal as I noted. Procedure went fine and then was told I shouldn't bother having it finished because I would probably need the tooth taken out anyway. (I overheard the same conversation in the next room.) I just want to help people in my situation. Endodontists are paid to do root canals. Dentists do the fillings, crowns, etc. Oral surgeons extract. They all do their individual procedures and most do it well. Just review all your options and make your decision.

You feel like you're their child and they're the caring parent, making sure you're safe and well taken care of. All of the doctors are incredibly friendly, and you can ask them a million questions -- they answer everything with facts, patience, and genuine care. I actually found this facility at 2:20 am in the morning while talking to ChatGPT, and they were my first choice. I left a voicemail at 2:38 am crying, and first thing in the morning Clarissa called me and told me to come in. I was nervous, but I was truly taken care of. Dr. Z was so informative and did not rush me at all. I think the office closes at 7, and still nobody rushed me. The environment was peaceful and calming. I've had traumatizing dental experiences both as a child and as an adult -- and now I'm honestly excited to become a regular patient. It's rare to meet people who genuinely love their jobs. I had my tooth extracted and I'm sitting here hours later writing this review. Dr. Beacon is passionate about people and truly wants what's best for them. He told me, "We're happy to help remove the tooth, but we could have prevented this earlier," and I appreciated the honesty -- always delivered respectfully. I've already told three people they NEED to come here. Dr. Anna was so polite and friendly. Everyone plays their role so well, and the patient is clearly the priority. I've never experienced anything like this. At a hospital ER, you wait for hours -- here, I was in and out. When I left, I couldn't help but smile, even with my numb mouth, swollen face, and bloody gauze. This was truly an amazing experience. I adore you all and wish you nothing but the best!

Dr. Z recently took an X-ray and saw something that bothered him. He made me aware and asked me to see a cardiologist. After review, Plaque was found in my Carotid Artery. An original dentist suggested that the tooth may be saved, but he was not trained to perform endodontics procedures. He made the x-ray images and was ready to send them to the Princeton Endodontics office. The images showed that one of the three tooth's roots decayed, but other two are still healthy. The question was if the specialized in the endodontist dentist may perform root canal actions to save the natural tooth. The Mara Levinson's answer was no; she could not do it. However, she packed the refusal in the pseudo-scientific suit by performing unnecessary 3D imaging instead of requesting x-ray images from the original dentist. It is understandable her desire to reimburse spent on such expensive equipment money in the addition to astronomical real-estate office rent. However, it is perfectly clear the office with so small stream of patients could not afford it. The office shortage of middle medical and clerical staff is the proof of it. Ergo, the overcharging desperate patients is the only way to keep the business afloat and potential patients should be aware of it.
