The display featured tall glass jars filled with scented white-rose petals. I am trying to find the name of the perfume collection shown in those glass-jar displays, Whether it is available for purchase in the U.S., and Where I might order it online or which U.S. boutique carries it. You know what else is amazing, the customer service! Pedro and the other team member were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their products. So much so that they could easily rattle off where one product's wood was sourced from. That's pretty amazing. If you're looking for excellent souvenirs, unique gifts, or just a fun hour browsing things you've never seen before, then this is the place for you. It takes a lot of guts to call yourself The Amazing Store, but TAS actually lives up to the hype. Don't forget to check out the super cool lounge area in the back. If you're shopping, this spot is definitely worth the trip! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

Cerâmicas na Linha was widely recommended by acquaintances and influencers all over Tiktok but none of that prepared me for the overwhelming compulsion to buy everything minutes after stepping into the shop. Were it not for luggage restrictions, I would have definitely done a lot more damage here. While the store itself is not super large, it's easy to spend hours browsing as there are a multitude of items ranging from decorative centerpieces, ornamental trinkets to practical tableware as well as intricate Portuguese tiles. I was just in Japan marveling over all the ceramics that I wished I could bring home, but I have to say the Portuguese ceramic game is on a whole another level... the pieces are unique (no two pieces are identical), well-made and best of all, very economically priced. I ended up purchasing multiple pieces of tableware (plates and bowls) while my partner bought a large ornamental ceramic cat as a gift -- all for around 70 euros! Make sure to ask them for bubble wrap (priced at 1€ per square meter-- the ladies at the counter will tell you how much you need) to protect your pieces for the journey home. A must visit during your trip to Lisbon to stock up on the most unique of gifts and home tableware, but if you plan on visiting I would recommend bringing along an extra suitcase! :^)

The two people working there were not very friendly. I get you have plenty of tourists "bothering" you to look at what you have in this shop, but that's part of having a shop: People. In your space. Just looking. Until they are just buying. They officially take AmEx, but prefer you not use it. The lady was sorta rude with another customer, and the guy that helped me got all offended because I called this wacky cocktail ring "costume" jewelry, since it is sterling. Yeah, but it still isn't fine jewelry with gem stones, easy killer. You certainly may find a unique Portuguese piece here, but be prepared to deal with attitude.

As someone who's looking for handmade cufflinks, i found Carmo to be one of the few that actually did sell them, did have a decent selection, and while the prices were 'non negotiable', they do fill out tax returns for tourists, which no other joalharia offered. But more so, they had things i liked compared to the rest.

We had just walked in and we were looking at their roosters, we were deciding which one to get. The colors of each rooster was slightly different. The male worker who was helping us rudely asked why we were looking at all the roosters, we should just take the first rooster on the shelf. I pointed out to him the colors of the flowers were different and we were deciding which one we wanted. He argued with us saying the roosters were all the same. We would have bought more but left with only this small item because we did not want to continue to be treated in such a terribly disrespectful manner.
