Nice new clean practice with friendly staff. State if the art water massage machines. Dr Bergtold practice is wonderful.

I was late for 7 minutes and the front desk when they called me to ask me if i am coming or not i told them i was on the corn, was a bad traffic and sge said its ok no worries but did not warn me that these 7 min will be take away olus 10 extra from my massage.. I was unaware of that . so my massage started at 12:15 and finished at 12:50 so you count how many minutes are 35 min for $150 ! So disappointing and taking advantage of people paying for that ! If your massage is one hour that is 60 min not 50 not 40 and definitely not 35 ! And I did asked them why I did not have full hour as I have been told prior massage! front desk girl answered oh it's 50 minutes that is considered one hour well let me tell you all of you yo need go back to school to learn how to count because obviously you don't know to count! I will never go back there just to be ripped off ! The massage was ok . Not the best one but was ok . And she offered to talk to the manager to what they can do for me but i said no because after what they are doing to people i will not feel comfortable to go again. And she asked me if i wanted to leave a gratitude, I said no to that too ..I work for $20 per hour and just pay them $150 for 35 min and she is asking me for tip ?! For real!? Sorry these $150 i am earning them for almost 8 hours of hard working! If they lower the prices to something normal i would be happy to leave some tip .. but these prices are not worth for the service they are offering ! Very frustrating and disappointing.

Dr. Stanciu did a meticulous consult and together we develop a way forward that worked for a 64 year old guy that wanted to remove the pronounced marionette mouth lines and yet look natural. She did it! I am extremely please with her work and the outcome. Looks fantastic and natural. I will definitely return and highly recommend Dr. Stanciu and her team. As soon as she found out I purchased a Groupon, her behavior changed completely. She pressured me to buy an additional 20 units of Botox, saying I should "listen to her" or I could "do my own thing" and not look good. It was extremely unprofessional and lacking basic manners and people skills. When I said I wanted to cancel the appointment, she became even more rude and aggressive. She practically pushed me out of the room and told me to "go home where I belong." I was shocked by how disrespectful and inappropriate the entire interaction was. The office itself felt outdated, and the front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming either. Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Total disgrace and an embarrassment for a business in Naples. Looking at the doctor's own appearance afterward, I'm actually grateful I didn't go through with any procedure there.

Last week I called the office to make an appointment for a general exam . The doctors aren't taking new patients but the receptionist said he'd email Dr Hernandez and ask if she'd see me. It wasn't 24hrs before I had a call back and an appointment with Dr Hernandez. Dr Hernandez performed a very thorough skin exam and before I left I scheduled an appointment for 1 yr.

HOWEVER, the administrative staff left a lot to be desired. I showed up early to complete my medical history paperwork (because their app wasn't working correctly). I informed the lady at the front desk of this, and she said "The nurse will handle that for you in the exam room." I acknowledged this comment, but asked if I could do it now since I had arrived to the appointment early. She restated her previous statement, gave me an additional form to fill out, and was done with me. I don't think she smiled during our entire engagement. About 15 minutes later, Dr. Hernandez's nurse brought me back to the room. I informed her of what the front desk person said. She replied, "No problem. I'll go print out the forms and then you can fill them out after your appointment." She was very sweet, and did what the front desk person should have done originally. Then, after my appointment I stayed another 5 minutes to fill out the paperwork. After that, I handed in the paperwork and checked out. Although the checkout person was a little nicer and did actually smile, she was far from being considered bubbly. It is such a shame because the care I received was excellent, and both Dr. Hernandez and her nurse were engaging, welcoming, personable and competent. The practice really needs someone to step up and teach the front desk staff how to treat their patients.
