To begin with, over two years ago, the sales department was so unconcerned about selling us our Sorento that we drove all the way to DC to purchase the new vehicle. Then, with each scheduled maintenance check up, it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment. The online scheduling with Kia is a nightmare and also doesn't work! After the last check up on the Sorento, when I got into the car, there were black grease and oil drops all over the center console. They wiped off the grease, but the oil had seeped into the console itself and had to be replaced. They cannot even do a wheel alignment at the shop because they do not own a lift! I will be driving an hour and a half to Roanoke to schedule further Kia maintenance. I encourage you to think twice about purchasing or servicing a Kia from this dealership!!

The service advisor, Amanda, proceeded to tell me how terrible her day was going, and how much of an inconvenience it was to stay on top of things seems to me someone needs to remind Amanda that she's in a service industry, and her level of customer service is somewhat disappointing. As for the work that was performed, I'm sure that was satisfaction and no issues with the service team.
