Absolutely Terrible!!!! They did not update my dosage, so i ran out of my meds and cannot get more for 1 week. Seems like the exact opposite of managing mental health! Called them 3 days in a row multiple times and left messages. Could never actually talk to someone. The did call back once....while I was teaching and did not leave me a message about how to contact someone. A bill for a missed phone appointment sure did arrive on time! Terrible terrible terrible . I had high hopes for this place . First time I went and the last time I will be going . They do not fill medications. They will tell you they called your pharmacy but they never do . Liers!!! They also have a long waiting list for counselors and they could not give me a time frame in which I was going to see one . Shout out to Kelly, my therapist! She is the only person I feel truly comfortable sharing my feelings and past trauma with. I love her to death and even still keep her as my therapist though I have moved. I appreciate her flexible schedule for Zoom calls, all the way until 7pm!!!!! She is super nice, companionate and understanding. She makes my feelings feel justified. I am so glad I found her. Also Melanie, who is my drug therapist, is so understanding and informative with my medications. She runs everything by me and truly seems like she wants to best for me. My only complaint is with the billing and phone system. When you call, you almost never get a direct answer. It can really be annoying sometimes. I have literally never gotten through to the billing department on the first try lol. I also don't like how there is no way for you to pay online and how they do not send paper bills. You can only pay in person or over the phone. I finally worked it out with the billing team so I can mail in a check, as I am not located in the area read more

This place has no compassion for their patience. My son was a patient in 2017 . Now in 2019 he was abused by his mother and they will not see him because he missed two appointments back in 2017 . Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. read more

They call you to remind you of an appointment a few days in advanced to allow you time to cancel or reschedule since they charge you a fee if you don't. They never called for my last appointment and charged me for a cancellation fee when I was never notified. These appointments are set months in advanced due to it being so hard to get into there yet I called the billing department 3 times and also filed a complaint with one lady and nothing was said to me nor did I receive a call back. They also mess up my billing through the insurance quite often and charge me $50 for a $25 copays and I have to call to have it corrected every time. They are nothing but money hungry, poor work ethic, and an overall terrible organization to deal with. I'm on a fine line with them to just switch to my primary care doctor to prescribe my medications and just be done with their lack of professionalism. read more
