Earlier this afternoon, I contacted Shenderovich, Shenderovich& Fishman through the online chat…read moreoption on their website. Specifically, I asked whether their firm handled medical malpractice, as I had neck surgery on 10 / 9, was discharged the next morning in no antibiotics, and was readmitted to a different hospital 5 days later, and needed another neck surgery for debridement, cultures, etc, which found infected hardware do in my spine. I'm looking forward to hopefully soaking with them soon.
And THIS IS WHY I WANT THEM:
They were very successful representing me after I was rear-ended back in 2012. Their firm was ALWAYS the epitome of professional as well as empathetic, and were still able to continue my case for me here in PA even after I relocated to Florida. Of course there were times when I needed to leave a voicemail or a message, but they always called me back either that same day or the next day. It was the same with emails . . . They were always very receptive, responsive, and helpful.
Honestly, I can't understand how anyone can possibly have anything negative to say about this lawfirm. Shenderovich, Shenderovich & Fishman are kind, they're not arrogant jagoffs like countless other attorneys are, they're always professional, always empathetic, they do whatever work is required to be done and they do it in a timely manner. They're not afraid of intimidated at all to walk into a courtroom and argue during a trial to get you what you deserve. Based solely upon my first-hand experience with them, I firmly believe they follow the golden rule: They treat you the way they would like to be treated. It's honestly and sincerely as simple as that, and they are, again, outstanding in what they do.
On a scale of one through five stars, I'd happily and fairly give them five stars, and then if I could I would draw 5 more stars beside those initial five.
I hope this review helps anyone who is in need of legal representation for accidents, etc, etc, etc. Thank you for your time, be well, stay safe, and have a great rest of your day.
