During the process, I could rarely ever get a hold of Shannon Simpson and would only get any responses from her assistant. Shannon was never around. The court day drew near and I was assured that we were ready. At this point I owed my attorney about $9,000 for her, minimal at best, services so far. I was ready to go to trial but get a call from her assistant that Shannon is "sick" and we have to reschedule. This "reschedule" took 6 months and an additional approx. $12,000. Either she was not ready for trial or if she was ready then why the considerable additional fee in the next 6 months. No surprise I lost the case.
