He had a very rude and unprofessional attitude with me. I cancelled my membership for the rest of the year and requested a refund and a copy of my records. To make matters worse, my x-rays taken after I left there show my back condition to be worse compared to the x-rays from when I started. The older woman at the front desk is far from being friendly.

However, I was extremely disappointed in the manner in which Brodwyn Chiropractic conducts business. My initial appointment consisted mostly of consultation where they gathered info about all of my conditions. He then made adjustments without first giving me a chance to relax before doing so. I asked what was wrong with my back and his reply was, "It's jacked up". He then wanted to see me the next day and I refused and scheduled for the following Monday. Upon arrival, I was taken to a room to review specialized videos for me to watch based on the info I wrote down on the long sheet I filled out during "consultation". That's when I realized this place is in it for screwing insurance companies.
