My heart melted to see them dressed up. We always pick up fun bakery treats on the way out. I just wish there was 15 minute pick up and drop off parking available. My friend shared their website with me to book my first appointment, but I didn't see any dates that worked for me, so I decided to reach out later. To my surprise, the salon texted me the very next day asking if I had any questions since I'd registered my pup but hadn't scheduled yet. Now that's great customer service! They were able to fit me in with a new groomer the following weekend, which was awesome. On the day of the appointment, the salon is located in a small strip mall just off DeRenne Ave. There's plenty of parking for easy drop-offs and pick-ups. The lobby is small but clean honestly, it doesn't need to be fancy; it's a dog grooming spot, after all! What I really loved was the grooming area. It's set up kind of like a mini doggie daycare no cages! The dogs are free to play with each other, which made me feel so much better about leaving my dog there. Tobi was initially hesitant, but as soon as he saw the other dogs, I basically became invisible. LOL They texted me within an hour of dropping him off, which was way quicker than I expected for a bath and cut. Plus, their prices are really reasonable. They also offer fun spa packages like fur gems, fur feathers, chalk fur painting, and even hair coloring! If you're looking to spoil your dog, they've got a birthday add-on with a birthday cake shampoo, paw cream, a photoshoot, and more. The sweetest touch was getting a "report card" text after I picked Tobi up. It included a before-and-after picture along with a note about how he did during his grooming session. Every person I've met so far, including the owners, is super friendly and genuinely loves their job and the dogs. That's so important when you're trusting someone with your furry friend. He was greeted by a friendly woman who gave him lots of love and helped recommend some treats that seemed to be local and homemade. She also introduced him to his new favorite treat, chicken chips. We noticed that they stock Fluff and Tuff toys - the only toys that stand a chance of lasting longer than a day or two with our dog. We left happy to have gotten a chance to support this small business and our pup left with a pep in his step for the rest of the walk.

I got a call to come pick her up and the gentleman told me not to expect what I had wanted because she gave them a fit the entire time, and it took both of them to groom her, I assume one to hold her and the other to do the grooming. As I was giving her a belly rub later, I found a pretty sizable razor or clipper burn on her belly. No wonder she gave them a fit! They hurt her, when she is only used to gentleness and love! And to make matters even worse, she is now covered in fleas! Never had a flea problem before. And for all this I paid $60! The grooming is the worst I have ever seen. She looks like I tried to groom her with no experience! Now I have to go pay someone else another $60 to get her straightened out. Bottom line is , do not waste your money with this place! She'd done some research on my breed - Chinse Crested Powderpuff. She gave him one of the best cuts of his life! She listened to me. Did exactly as I asked!
