Whether it's baseball gear for my son, or soccer cleats and an air pump pin for my youngest daughter, I've always found the service to be fast, friendly, and polite. Prices are competitive as well. On my most recent trip to Scott's, my daughter needed soccer cleats. Trying on several different pairs before finding what she wanted, I found Stephanie to be especially helpful in making sure of proper size and fit. Coogie suggested a size 11 and a half. My son and I arrived late on a Sunday afternoon, about 30 minutes before closing. I inquired about the $5.00 off for the Facebook like and suggested making it $10.00 off for a Facebook poke as well. The guys working the counter didn't find me funny. Quick and easy - we went off in search of a used glove. My son tried on a couple of 11 and a half gloves - they were too big. We ended up with a size 11 that fit pretty well. Price was $10 and I learned the $5.00 off was for a $25.00 order. No big deal. It's posted - I just didn't read the fine print. In and out of the store in about 15 minutes. Staff seemed knowledgeable and were polite. Store was clean and had tons of parking. I've been here before - purchasing stuff at Christmas - but this is the first time I've had a chance to comment. I have been a customer of Target/CVS Pharmacy, dating back to August 2009. As with any place of business, there is the "Good, the Bad, and the Ugly." Collectively, my encounters with the CVS Pharmacy have gone well at the Target in Vero Beach. The Pharmacy Manager, Brian, has always been very diligent, careful, and professional in ALL of my interaction(s) with him Even though, the pharmacy within Target is operated very efficiently, I am concerned about Brian's professional well-being. Honestly, I cannot count on one hand, the amount of times I have witnessed Brian having proper support in the pharmacy. In closing, Brian is one of the best Pharmacists I have ever dealt with in my time as an adult. However, the CVS upper regional management needs to afford Brian adequate assistance in order to both maintain and sustain the high quality of service at the CVS in Target on 58th/20th.
