Having dealt with Chris, Stephanie, and Scott on several occasions, it's always been a pleasant experience. Whether it's baseball gear for my son, or soccer cleats and an air pump pin for my youngest daughter, I've always found the service to be fast, friendly, and polite. Prices are competitive as well. On my most recent trip to Scott's, my daughter needed soccer cleats. Trying on several different pairs before finding what she wanted, I found Stephanie to be especially helpful in making sure of proper size and fit. I inquired about the $5.00 off for the Facebook like and suggested making it $10.00 off for a Facebook poke as well. The guys working the counter didn't find me funny. Quick and easy - we went off in search of a used glove. My son tried on a couple of 11 and a half gloves - they were too big. We ended up with a size 11 that fit pretty well. Price was $10 and I learned the $5.00 off was for a $25.00 order. No big deal. It's posted - I just didn't read the fine print. In and out of the store in about 15 minutes. Staff seemed knowledgeable and were polite. Store was clean and had tons of parking. I've been here before - purchasing stuff at Christmas - but this is the first time I've had a chance to comment. The employee then wanted to doublecheck, so called another employee to look into it further. The other employee came from the makeup department, which I thought was interesting. This second employee also confirmed with me that a Wireless headset for children is not in stock. Two minutes later, my four year-old found a wireless headset for children on the shelf. After consulting with two adult employees to find a product with no success and confirming it was not in the store it took a child to successfully find it.
