It was absolutely terrible!!! I came to Nelsons because of a good feedback on internet, the studio…read morelooked very beautiful insede too so I thought my hair would be in good hands but it ended as a disaster! I came and showed some pictures and asked them if they can colour my hair like that (dark roots and very light/white ends) and it was confiremed that it would be "absolutely no problem"! To make everything short, the whole thing should have cost £150, but at the end I was grey, with purple and brown accents. It was so terrible and I was so upset after their 4 hours of work, Briana didn`t even take my money and as excuse she said: "that's the lightest colour I could get! Not even a sorry. When I came home I had to wash my hair, because Briana mentioned I need to wash it, so it'll become lighter, but it didn't, what kind of service and professional hairdresser are they? Brianna promised me that the manager (i suppose) will call me and invite me again, so maybe they can change something, but nobody called me since then and to be honest I can't imagine to go back there and let them near my hair again. I have such sensitive and thin hair that I can't colour them again so quickly, I need to wait and walk around looking like a pensioner. It was an absolutely terrible experience, I don't think anyone deserves to be treated like this. Never again. This is just sad!
