I read reviews and decided to take my lawnmower to this shop…read more I purchased my craftsman lawnmower in 2002 and have used it less than 5 times. After sitting all of those years it needed to have the carburetor rebuilt and cleaned. My lawnmower would not start becuase there was water in my gas. The owner, Javier took the lawnmower in for service right away and I was able to pick up in 2 hours. I am so happy to have my lawnmower back. I love cutting my grass. I woke up this morning and began cutting away. My lawn looks like it had a precision haircut. More homeowners should do their own yard work. It is very fulfilling. The facility was clean and Javier's staff were all kind. The prices are very good. A perk they all speak English. Several place I called before, they did not which made it complicated for me to do business. Other lawnmower shops in the yelp search that were not professional stores. You will be happy here.

Dropped off a Troy-Bilt Lawnmower day after thanksgiving for repair, engine was cutting off after…read morerunning for a few seconds..mechanic said it's the carburetor. Ok cool, so a few days I would assume....a week goes by no call about the part/price. I call and the lady said there's a carburetor on eBay/amazon but not sure if it'll work for your mower...this is what you guys do so I'm sure you have run accross this problem or this style of mower before. Said she'll call me back, days go by no call, I call back and the guy behind the desk says I'm with a customer I'll call you back...no call back for two days additional. I got fed up about getting the run around so went and picked up my mower. A serious lack of communication from the business and zero customer service. Yes pricing might be reasonable but that's not grounds for slow service and no communication.

After reading the instructions in the manual and looking at You Tube videos, I thought it would be an easy job. I spent the next two days trying to remove the bolt that secures the blade. No dice; it wouldn't budge. Different wrenches & sockets didn't help, and the bolt became rounded. Various sprays didn't help, either. All I got was cut & scraped hands, along with a backache....and my back is 72 years old. The EGO "Help" center wasn't useful either; they suggested I read the manual or drive 70 miles away to a repair center. The place where I purchased the mower (Ace Hardware) doesn't do repairs, even though their website says "Appliance Repair." Lowe's sells EGO products but they don't do service or repairs. Luckily, I found Bob's Garden Equipment a few miles from me. I brought the mower to them with the new blade I purchased at Lowe's & a technician removed the bolt in 2 seconds with a power tool. He also replaced the blade & secured it with the rounded bolt. And no charge. Such service and integrity are quite uncommon these days.

When I started my journey, I didn't realize that the builders had not maintained a consistent approach to framing and therefore I had to have modifications to my HVAC ventilation system. When you find an establishment which has integrity and fair play, you simply take the opportunity to work with them. I'm grateful to have met Bob and Kelly.
