When we got a bit stressed with all we had to do to get it shown, Randy's kind and encouraging words, (along with his physical help, digging with my husband and friend in the heat of the day) reminded us how lucky we were to have him in our selling corner. Randy suggested/advised us what we needed to do to get the house ready for showing, we did it, and it sold within months of my sister's initial phone call to him.
