His office was dark and in the lobby was a receptionist that appeared to be the receptionist for the entire building - she barely even know who this guy was. She just told us to go wait outside his office upstairs. After 20 minutes of waiting we gave up and just left. That was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive an email or phone call explaining or apologizing. I haven't bothered calling him because I think I just got a little glimpse as to how concerned he is about my needs. Not sure how well he knows the law. Perhaps if you can work around his schedule and don't mind being stood up occasionally - maybe he can help you out. But one thing I can promise you: he cares very little about your time.

Now that my beneficiaries are older, I no longer need the Trust .. especially since it put all control into the wrong hands. Martha appeared professional, appeared to understand what I needed .. but, even tho she charged more than the Hamilton attorney who had handled all aspects, she produced nothing usable .. a draft copied from the old Will even using the wrong county and adding property that I don't own. The Trust was not corrected, eliminating it to be in the wrong hands. And, after sending the unusable drafts, she advised me to find the notary. I also will have to do all of the legal document changes at the courthouse myself ... revoking the Trust and removing the Deed from it. It was a sloppy and shabby piece of work. I paid her because I don't with to debate with an attorney. I do not recommend her to anyone.
