They would let me know when the contract would resume and I could decide then if I wanted to cancel. They never contacted me, I forgot about the contract and they quietly began charging me monthly again for a service that I never used. When I finally realized what was happening, contacted them to try to cancel it immediately. I got another run around before finally getting a cancellation form. Even after submitting the cancellation they continued to charge me for 2 more months. The chiropractor was great, but the company is all about selling contracts and grabbing all of the money that they can.

Shannon just happened to be there as a customer at the time and within 15 minutes, he had relieved the pain in my shoulder and I once again had full range of motion and I was able to resume working. Today, I had a full session with Shannon. I had not had a professional massage in over a year, and with my job, it should likely be a monthly requirement. I also practice martial arts and frequently have soreness in my muscles as well as sports injuries. I tend to carry most of my stress in my neck and shoulders, which was where Shannon focused a good bit of attention. I could feel a huge improvement as soon as the muscle relaxed.
