I found the staff to be compassionate and very informative. I had a mammogram and within 2 days got a call about having a biopsy. From the time of the mammo to the consult with a surgeon the staff was helpful and swift. The surgeon even called me on a Saturday morning after the biopsy the previous Thursday. I am extremely grateful that this process has been so excellent. read more

Absolutely appalled with how I was treated. The provider was rude, arrogant and completely dismissed my concerns and undermined the radiologists recommendation of further imaging. I left in tears, there is absolutely no reason any patient should be treated this way especially with such a sensitive concern. read more

The only reason I gave an additional star was for the receptionist checking me in. With that exception, this facility has some very cold impersonal staff members A real shame because of the nature of testing and the sensitivity I believe we should expect in kind. Don't expect special treatment, nor am I naive to believe it should all be based on "feelings," but a little kindness and personal care would go a long way here. read more

I would give less than one star if I were able. Completely disgusted with the complete lack of compassion by all employees. From the scheduler on the phone, to the tech doing the mammogram to the rude lady doing my diagnostic ultrasound. I witnessed a tech speak rudely to another patient in the waiting room about confidential information, she was visibly uncomfortable and embarrassed. I felt so bad for her. We come here because we had a very real, very concerning reason. Only to be treated with snark and contempt. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will NOT be returning. read more

I have had Reiki, massages and acupuncture. All the services were professional and excellent. I really appreciate them and want people to know that they are very helpful at a difficult time in my life. they are giving me something I couldn't have if it wasn't for them. They deserve respect and appreciation not derogatory remarks that seem to want to hurt the service that is trying to help bring some peace to people with cancer and their families. I would recommend them to anyone that is going through cancer or a family member that needs support. Rebecca Roy
