I saw the same people I saw 2 years ago, same receptionist and technicians - which says something about their job satisfaction, and it is nice to see familiar faces. The waiting room is large with lots of magazines. There are two restrooms and the ladies room is spotless. Making the appointment was easy.

I was seen within a half hour of my arrival by Geraldine Lau DNP, APRN. I felt she was very attentive and really listened. The nurse who checked me in was fantastic as well. She didn't go immediately to medication but gave me practical things to do to address my condition. That afternoon I got a call from her recommending specific exercises and also an over the counter product that might provide relief. I am extremely pleased with the care I received today. I highly recommend Conway Walk-in Clinic and especially Geraldine Lau.

While…read moregetting in was very easy and quick, getting any real diagnosis and help seems to be another matter. It's clear I have bursitis. I was advised to go to the pharmacy and grab an ointment. What about the pain and sleepless nights over the past three to four days? I was advised to come back if it persists or gets worse. At $50 bucks per copay and no diagnosis, I'll wait until my regular doctor can see me instead of wasting my effort there.

I have had Reiki, massages and acupuncture. All the services were professional and excellent. I really appreciate them and want people to know that they are very helpful at a difficult time in my life. they are giving me something I couldn't have if it wasn't for them. They deserve respect and appreciation not derogatory remarks that seem to want to hurt the service that is trying to help bring some peace to people with cancer and their families.
